Larry responded right away to the referral at night and was able to send out someone the next day. Estimate for repair was almost half of other referral and when job was complete it was even lower than original estimate. Quality of repair was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company for future jobs!

The hot water in my house would not last long, AA plumbing came out and said one of the elements in the hot water heater had gone bad. I paid about $200 for him to replace the one. A little over a year later I was having the same problem. I contacted AA and they said I was outside the one year warranty and would be charged full price for them to come out and look at it again. Of course I hired someone else. They looked at it and said the two elements didn't match eachother and that's why one failed. He replaced both for about $200. I should have hired someone else the first time.

Took minimal time to repair leaks which saved me money.

The work was great. I was told they would come between 1-2pm, when I called at 2 I was told that I was put in the books for 2 and the services man would call when he was on his way. 45 mins later, received a call saying he wouldn't come till 8:30 the next am. Service man was friendly, but if I knew that standing there and listening to him talk about other jobs he had had in the past and what work I should do on other areas of my house, that was not plumbing related, was going to cost me $66 I would have not talked to him, as he charged $33 for every 15mins. and talked to me for 30!

Prompt response and fix

Larry informed me of the lifetime warranyt of the original Moen faucents that were over 11 years old. Moen replaced the facets. I have had kitchen faucest and shower head replaced by other plubmers who did not advise me of the lifetime guarantee.

AA Plumbing did a wonderful job. I would like to thank Larry for all his help and sending 2 great plumbers Rick and Kevin who worked for 2 days fixing everything and cleaning up after they were done. They were very careful in my home.

Rick arrived on time as promised, and did good work in fixing a leaky valve, installed a sink drain valve, and fixed another sink drain valve in rather efficient speed, and at a reasonable price. I would seek his help in future... a good professional plumber.
