We've been in there several times and the price has varied from $100 to $300. She's doing great and the staff was great. They were very prompt. The waiting room is very clean and professional. I waited no longer than five minutes to be seen and their price was competitive. We switched all of our animals over to them.

The staff is extremely friendly. The service was amazing. The doctor actually called out of office hours to let us know that our dog had giardia and she went out of her way to get us the medication as soon as possible. It was just amazing. The facilities are very clean, they have great parking and great location as well.

The routine check-ups are good; they spend a lot of time answering any of my questions and I don't feel rushed.  I did bring the dog in outside of the yearly check-ups; they were able to fit me on short notice.  They were professional and listened to my concerns and prescribed medicines that would help.  I had some follow up questions; they encouraged me to use e-mail and share pictures.  I found their correspondence and follow-up a bit wanting.  They did not reply on some of my follow ups.  I had to call them up to get a response.  From friends that go to other vets, Brookfield seems a bit on the higher side, but it is not unreasonable given their nice facility.  I trust  them with my fur-child, and that's what matters.  I do try to buy medications elsewhere--their flea medicine is about 3x what I can find at other places; same goes for some of the other medications.  I understand some mark-up, but 3x is a little high for my tastes...

We have been clients of Brookfield Vet Hospital since we moved to Seattle 2 years ago. I identified Brookfield using Angie's List and other reviews prior to our move and our dogs had their first check-up within a couple of days of our move-in. We ahve been happy with the service from the vets, vet techs, and admins. We are big fans of their new location.

Recently moved to the area with two elderly cats and a dog knocking on death's door. All the vets there have been outstanding and have solved problems with my pets that my previous vet, who I had been seeing for many years, did not. They are very prompt with reporting test results and give as much detail as you want. The facility is spectacular and super comfortable for me and the furry children. There is never a wait, in fact I practically never even see the other clients. I've always gotten same or next day appointments when it's necessary and usually only have to wait a day or two for more routine visits.

The dog is healthy now. The location is beautiful and the staff is kind. In my opinion they are very expensive.

I find them more expensive than the previous vet I used.  The care is always first rate and the staff professional.

They are excellent! The veterinarians care and they have extreme knowledge on allergies of dogs. It is very sanitary, their rooms are very nice, you don't have to sit at the lobby for very long, they escort you back, and the doctor is pretty on time as far as you see him for an appointment at a certain time, and they don't make you wait. The price is moderately high.

traffic to get to the new place is really bad, the other location was much easier to get to.  The cost is slightly high, my dogs are healthy, but they really care.  The office staff are mostly great, but one is really short with you if you ask to much or expect her to do anything other then what she wants to do.  bummer on that, but I do feel that they are better vets then most around here

we were looking for a second opinion about our dog's surgery.  The veterinarian was thoughtful and thorough and gentle and gave us excellent advice.

Was seeking new vet in area and liked Dr Marie quite a bit. The office was very responsive; staff was kind, professional & thorough, handled my cat with care & confidence. They are open until 7pm, so I could get in after work. My only very minor dislike was that I spoke to 2 different technicians, 2 different vets and had to re-explain my situation multiple times after the appt (the test came back negative, but they still wanted to offer another parasite treatment common with cats who have fleas - however my cat has never had fleas. It seemed they duplicated their efforts in the followup w/ multiple staff contacting me, but we finally got the miscommunication resolved.). However, I appreciated their thoroughness in the follow-up, I liked being able to email them with a question (I got fast responses) and their office was clean and conveniently located in downtown Redmond. They are moving east of Lake Sammamish in 2013, but so far I plan to drive the extra few miles to keep them as my vet. Nice folks!!!

A large part of the above costs is lab fees for the samples sent in from the lump on my dog's ear, and the complete blood panel that I had done. I insisted on the blood work, Dr. Russell doesn't ever push for any unnecessary tests. We had a dog pass away quite suddenly from cancer 3 years ago, so the blood work is for my own peace of mind, which Dr. Russell is totally O.K. with.
She is so patient and kind with both my dogs, the staff at the office are always very pleasant, and sometimes there is a bit of a wait but it's never been longer than 10 or 15 minutes. We've had a LOT of trips to the vet over the past 10 months! The prices they charge are about the same as our old vet in Reno. Not quite a bargain, but I've found it's worth it to pay for an experienced, careful vet. Dr. Russell suggested some diet improvements (adding more fish oil and glucosamine), and called back in 2 days with all of the lab results. She left me a detailed voice mail and told me to call back with any questions. I have called back before, and she's always returned my call quickly. We'll keep going to see Dr. Erin as long as she's around, the doggies love her.

We started fostering this cat for the Humane Society about a year ago because she couldn't be with other cats.  She was apparently abused at some point in the past, and only tolerates touching on her terms.  If you come at her face or try to touch her tummy, she's got teeth and claws and knows how to use them.  We finally adopted her because we figured we couldn't part with her and she still had not become "adoptable".

The folks at Brookfield figured out right away that they'd have to sedate her in order to clean teeth and give shots.  They called us later, about when we expected, and we picked up our wobbly cat.  All went well, the people are great, price was about right.  This is our new veterinary home.

The best endorsement we can give for Brookfield is that we've been a customer there for 8 years. The doctors are excellent (especially Dr. Marie) and all the staff are wonderful. Everyone knows our cat by name, and they know exactly what she likes and doesn't like. I've noticed that many of the nurses have been there for years, which indicates to me that the owners have created a great working environment. The staff there are all animal lovers, and we've even seen some of them at local charity events that support animal causes.

They were very caring for the animals and very conscientious of price concerns. They were aware of multiple treatment options for any given condition. My pet has always been shy but did well with them as the technicians told me that my cat was great to work with. She did not bite or scratch. So, probably it was very rare for them to deal with cats that did not fight back. They did excellent.
