I cannot reccomend berry lake highly enough!! I just started working with them and already I feel like family , George was kind and very responsive with all of my questions from start to finish. If you really want the best experience and attention to detail on your home project I wouldnt go anywhere else. Definitely reccomending them to everyone I know.

I hired Berry Lake to finish insulating my exterior walls, replace my siding with Hardie board, and install new gutters with downspouts. I have mixed thoughts about my experience. They were more creative and more motivated about the project than any other company I had come and bid. They also came in the cheapest by suggesting using pre-painted siding when everyone else wanted to paint. When they noticed my side door frame was rotted they offered free labor to install a new pre hung door if I provided the material. When the gutters didn't collect all the rain water off the roof they installed rain diverters free of charge. They worked with us every step of the way and only stopped when everyone was satisfied. Mike and everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. But there was some less than ideal facets to the work. They subcontracted out the siding work to another company, this was not discussed ahead of time. This led to extra confusion and the subcontractors seemed less motivated. If my wife and I hadn't pushed for some issues to be corrected they wouldn't have been. Removing the siding damaged several windows and some drywall, which was fixed to my satisfaction but added to the scope of work. And generally there was a lot of little issues that had to be readdressed and reworked so we had to be constantly checking the progress of work and meeting with Berry Lake and the subcontractors to make sure it was corrected. What had been pitched as 3 weeks of work took 7. Overall I got the feeling they're better equipped to handle smaller scale work. For all I know this was just a bit of growing pains and going forward they will deliver a more seamless experience but that was not my experience. But I'm happy with the work done and have no lingering complaints. Like I said they're solid people.

I actually have them out for other stuff like pressure washing and mowing but fertilizing was the first option in the drop-down menu that the guys had done for me. Really cool team, one or two guys come out and it is clear they manage the whole thing on their own. I am glad to work with young people who are energetic and do not overcharge rather than with some geriatric megacorp.
