The service man was able to get my furnace running right away. He also showed me a part that was leaking and would need to be replaced eventually and I decided to do it now. It was more expensive than I anticipated but he came the day after I called and was neat and professional.

Due to the supply chain issue, I paid a lot more than I expected for my furnace. The first guy who came out to test it said a new furnace would be a lot quieter. I think it's noisier than my old one. The heat coming out of the register definitely isn't as hot as it used to be but it gets the job done. The installation went well but I have a indentation on my wood floor that wasn't there before, even though it was covered. I'm supposed to be signing one more document that was overlooked but it's been since Dec 2021 and I still haven't signed it. So kind of a mixed bag...

After coming out they were able to install a new furnace 2 days later which was completed in half a day. Everyone was very polite and professional and left things in perfect condition.

They were very responsive and got out quickly! Jeff was Professional and quick to fix our venting issue and we had good conversations about what we needed in the future without it sounding to much like a sales pitch. Overall very satisfied!

The young man was friendly and explained exactly what he would be doing. The communication from the office to me about when he was coming, etc., was great. My only regret was that because of the exceptional travel time to where I live, the cost was greater for the project.

I hired them to fix broken outlets. They sent 2 different teams out to trouble shoot. Neither team could find the problem. They charged me $139 for the first visit and $305 for the 2nd visit even though they couldnt solve the problem. Then trying to get an accurate bid out of them (to come put a baseboard heater in) was ridiculous. I hired In-House Electrical and they found the problem and fixed it in 1 hour and 10 minutes. What a joke! $305 and could not find the problem.

The consultant took the time to explain our options, and not only did he find the perfect solution for our situation, but he also managed to get us discounted parts and install ahead of schedule!

The installers were fantastic. Very professional, efficient, effective, and they kept the work area clean.

There was a clear lack of communication between the person doing the quote, their PM, and their various subcontractors. They showed up without the needed gear and left my electrical panel off the wall. They came without ladders tall enough to reach everything. Their electricians tripped breakers after being explicitly told why they were installing it... which was to avoid power outages on the circuit They connected to. They also did not pass the first inspection by the city and had to come redo some work. The work was done (mostly) well, it just seems that they are extremely disorganized.

They were courteous and efficient and set us up with a new heater and gave good instructions on how to use the new thermostat.

Charged $418.00 for work and did not fix the furnace. They said they needed to get a part that would take 6 to 10 days and I would have to pay $360 more. What a rip off!
