All products have been repaired correctly the first time and diagnosed properly on the first visit before ordering parts.

He is great at troubleshooting and found what was causing the problem-and made a suggestion for what to do in the future to stop it from happening again. He actually fixed an issue at our old house and I am happy to have found him again on Angie's List and that he does service calls in my new neighborhood.

They are excellent. I've used them twice. The first time they did remodeling. They moved the laundry room from downstairs to upstairs. They are responsive and courteous. They do a good job. The price for the job was a little steep because it took more than what I thought.

Two visits to fix a high end washing machine. He charges the going rate but fixed it properly. As a property manager with a lot of appliance issues at multliple locations, I will use him again (John Cole,the business owner/technician).

What a nice experience! John called me back promptly, scheduled me for the next day, and arrived a little early. He performed the diagnostic test, showed me the price to replace the sensor, and discussed other issues that could also be contributing to the frig being too cold. He was knowledgeable and nice and I felt comfortable having him in my house. This is the way appliance repair ought to be, and I would definitely use him again.

Good professional experience. Joe is a no-nonsense kind of guy who comes, does what he needs to do and leaves. I love such service professionals. I am not especially fond of the chatty types who make you feel good but compromise on the quality of their work.

While having repair-people in my home is generally not my favorite activity, I have to say it was a true pleasure to have him here. -He was on time-hecame at the beginning of the window he told me of, and called before coming to make sure the time was OK. -He was thorough but quick in diagnosing and repairing the problem. -He was polite. -He also showed me other things I could do to keep the machine working well. I will definitely call him again if I have any appliances that need repair.

I called John and explained the problem. He thought it was a computer board. He came out and found that it was the fan motor instead. He came back the next day and did the repair for less than he had quoted. He came exactly when he said he would, was very efficient and did a great job. He was also extremely courteous.

Good. I had previously hired another appliance repair guy for the "no ice" problem, who charged me $75 and didn't fix the problem or tell me what to do about it. John arrived within the time frame that he said he would. He was able to diagnose the "stop cooling" problem immediately and had the correct part there to fix. The "no ice" problem turned out to be trickier. He had to do some troubleshooting to figure out that the problem was with a valve that couldn't be fixed, because the person who had installed it had used a cheap part and it would take some re-plumbing to fix the valve. He gave me a number of ideas/options about what I could do about it. Then he lowered the price because he felt he hadn't been able to fix both problems (even though it wasn't his fault).
