Good job !

The technician took my toilet a part so he could look in it with a camera and when he put it back together and I turned on the water after he left, it's leaking so bad that I had to turn the water off again and call another plumber (different company) to fix it. When I called to speak with a Service Manager the Customer Service person told me he would call me back today, it's been three weeks now and I'm still waiting. Will never use this company again. Extremely prompt excellent service

Overall, a great experience from Michelle in Customer Service to John, our Service Tech. We had a tough kitchen sink clog and John worked hard to get it cleared; turns out our pipes are old and corroded and will need replacing, but he got the clog cleared for us. Very friendly and sincere, and it was reassuring to receive a text with the name and photo of the person to expect. The only minor glitch was I had to call the next day to request the invoice and the quote for the recommended repair.

Service was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. I was given several options and not pressured to choose.

Other than being late, the service was excellent. Needed parts that were not on the truck, so they had them promptly delivered. These guys do what they say

Excellent response and communication. Was able to get gas line broken by fallen tree replaced the next day. Only issue was service tech forgot to bleed line after install and I couldn't get the pilot to light. Plus didn't check for gas leaks inside house @ appliance (it was leaking). But they responded to problem immediately when I called. I ended up bleeding line and replacing leaking flex line myself. Still, good company that I'd recommend.

Steven was knowledgeable, patient and efficient.

Cody is the best! He is a really hard worker and did an excellent job installing my water heater. Also my dog was nonstop barking at him and being annoyingly territorial but Cody was super nice about the whole thing.

After years of drain clogs, it was time to replace the main line exiting our kitchen in our 104 year old house. The work was done quickly by the very professional crew, and we were kept in the loop constantly, and shown photos of the work needed, and completed. Office staff was also excellent with scheduling and follow up. We will only use Harts in the future.

Communicated schedule and arrived on time. Verified leaking water heater and replaced unit. Photo evidence was emailed with the invoice.

They were prompt and professional - very informative and knowledgeable - very personable and friendly tech - would refer to family and friends!

We were so impressed with the quality of the services from the initial estimate to the completed work. They were on time, competent and let us know step by step the progress. The project was way more extensive than we anticipated but we are glad they did the work. I would recommend them highly.

they are knowledgeable and provide quality service. i enjoy that they teach you as they are doing the work in case you have a question or want to google it.

Pretty expensive.

REALLY 1 STAR!!!!1200 dollars for 19 minutes of work and less than 50 dollars in materials...I had no water n they knew I didn't have a choice unless I wanted to go without water another day to get another bid...do not call this company.you will be taken advantage of!
