We are happy with the results. The bathroom looks good, and the work appears to be high quality. He was helpful and communicative. We will likely hire him again for our next bathroom project.

Even though Peek Tile was very busy with other work, they came to my house within just a couple days and discussed several options for repairing a couple walls in my bathroom and installing new tile above a new tub.  They did a very good job and we are very pleased with helpful spirit and professional work.  They also referred me to a very good drywall person.

I cannot say enough about Justin. He came when he said he would come, communicated throughout the huge project he completed, and was extremely detailed in every way. He used excellent products in his stellar prep work during our kitchen, master bath, and kids' bathroom remodel. Our renovation of an older home had some big challenges like walls that are not straight, a window to tile around that was unusual, so forth..., but Justin figured it out and they look sraight and beautiful. I felt as though he took extra care on our project. I had a major set back that was not Justin's fault during our project that effected our timeline as well as his, but he never was angered. He even calmed me down and put the situation in perspective while quickly coming up with a solution which involved outside parties. Totally impressed! Another time I changed my mind on a detail and he had to spend extra time changing the tile to my "vision". He had a great attitude. I would've been challenged to work with me. I know he is busy and you might have to wait to get him in, but my suggestion is to book him as soon as you know you will need tile work. He is busy for a reason. I'd rather wait for the right guy than to book someone who is always available. Every penny he billed was discussed before the work was done and that price did not change. We are new to Seattle from California where we have many sub-contractor connections and know excellent work, but did not have those connections here. I seriously feel blessed to have had Justin Peek on our project. We plan on calling him again when we add on soon.

Justin had tiled my entire downstairs several years ago and i was thrilled with the result, so i called him back to do my bathroom remodel.
       He built a custom shower pan (something he has alot of experience with) tiled it, along with 2 walls as well as the bathroom floor.  The tile i chose was not particulary "easy" to work with but Justin rolled with it.  His perfectionism is something you desire for a project like this, adn is evident in the end result.
       He was able to start the project earlier than i had originally scheduled, worked on weekends, juggled his schedule and went the extra mile to pickup components for the job.  He is extremely communicative and will keep you up to speed on your project.
       I highy recommed Absolute Peek Tile.

Good response and great result  I had to provide most of the materials which was a little unusual He had a tie with a plumber who also did a great job in removing and replacing the shower fixtures and the shower pan.

He was great--he called back immediately, came the next day to do an estimate and completed the job a couple days after that (apparently he was able to fit me in between other jobs). He spent quite a bit of time explaining what I could do to improve the appearance of my fireplace because while the tile is beautiful, the color was a bit dull. He removed the sink console as well as the toilet and laid the tile in one day. It took a day to set; he came back the next day to finish. For an additional $100, he applied the varnish to the tiles on my fireplace, brightening their color considerably. The floor looks really good, too and in fact, much better than other tile I've had installed at my house (both on floors and back splashes). Two things he could improve: return the work area to its original condition (the hose was left unwound on the driveway and the floor could have been vacuumed). Secondly, ensure that the price quoted for the floor board and toilet re-installation is a bit more accurate. The guy he referred to do that work was also great but I was surprised to receive a bill for $80 when I thought it would be @ $40. To be fair, Justin said the price would be approximately $40 and I should have confirmed that with the man that did the work. However, providing accurate information would be an example of excellent customer service and Justin is almost there. All is forgiven, though, since Justin made an extra effort to get it done in time for the holidays, and that was terrific.

Justin was extremely professional and responsive from the very begining. He came and looked at the job, and did a bid right on site. It was a very fair price. I picked out the tiles and went over in detail with Justin where and how I wanted the tiles. His employee and him showed up on the date at the time he said they would. He was hard working and had everything planned out according to what needed to h appen to get the job done most efficiently, including having the plumber come at the exact time he would be done with the gutting portion of the job. He had to do a little more work since there were some problems with the previous remodeling job done by the last owners, but it was done quickly and very well. The tile was placed down, the new fixtures and toleits were installed and my bathroom looked amazing. He did an amazing job!

I selected Absolute Peek Tile after sending out multiple inquiries to other installers in the area. Justin got right back to me, had prior experience with saltillo tile, and gave me fair pricing. For this particular job, i purchased all of the materials. Care was taken to ensure a good outcome. All of the prep work and proper installation teqhnique were very apparent in Justin's work. The tiles were hexagon, and uneven as they are handmade, so it was not an easy task to set and cut. I consider him and artist, and tile and stone are his medium. Work moved along smoothly, and the jobsite was cleaned up every day. My floors look amazing! What set this entire experience apart from other contractors for me was the fact that Justin was in constant communication. Letting me know what he was doing, asking questions, informing me of what the next step in the plan was, or just checking to see how i liked things so far. How different from those contractos who take the money and run. My Peek Tile experience was so good, I intend to hire Justin again to do some work on my tile shower.
