The overall process went extremely well, I was contacted within 24 hours of leaving a voice mail to arrange for an estimate which was provided via email within 2 days of contact. I received 3 different quotes the other 2 bids were lower in price however I went with Seattle Paint and Design as I felt they had done more work commercially with Stucco and their bid included 2 coats of the elastomeric paint sprayed and then back-rolled, whereas compared to the other 2 quotes one had priced 1 coat of primer and then one coat of elastomeric paint and the other bid quoted 2 coats of an acrylic paint for the stucco. The crew was very professional and the first day they arrived they pressure washed all of my home and in addition to the exterior of my home and at no additional charge they pressure washed my entry walk ways to the house, deck and back garage driveways. After the house dried they returned a few days later and taped/masked off the appropriate areas and then began the paining process, they were great about removing all lighting fixtures as well as all downspouts and house numbers and made sure they were installed back correctly. They did a good job of covering any landscaping of the sections they were working on -there was some normal wear and tear on plants but nothing unexpected for the scale of the job. They did an excellent job of re-caulking around all of my windows and the wood trim on my home was painted the prior year and there was some separation/settling which cracked the paint--the painting crew asked if I had any remaining trim paint and then they re-caulked and painted my wood trim which was not part of the scope of project, which was a nice surprise. With Stucco you occasionally get some cracks from the home settling, we had a slight crack starting on the back side of our home and after the first coat of product was applied you could still faintly see the crack--when we mentioned this to Jeremy the crew the next day filled in the crack again and sanded down and re-painted the area to our satisfaction. Overall I am very satisfied with the work that Seattle Paint and Design performed and I am going to have them return to put a clear coat on all of my external doors. The price was a bit more than the other bids I received but in this case the quality job I received was definitely worth the price and this is my first time living in a stucco home and Jeremy was very good at answering all of the questions that I had.

Great Rod is a pro and his knowledge is crazy good. Everything asked of him he completed to a tee. i was very impressed. My first time using a contractor and was not disappointed in the least. He answered all my questions, and helped in areas new to me. I have Rod on speed dial for anything home help I need. His pricing is out standing for all the work I had him do. I could not be more happy with the outcome. I will use R&R combined services for all my home help needs.

They did an excellent job painting our house. They never made any fuss when my wife kept changing her mind on the color. To help her decide they painted a section with the color(s) my wife had chosen, which helped with making the final decision. The painters were very fast and friendly. After the job was done they cleaned up all materials and garbage from the service. They even power washed my concrete walkway after they finished washing my house, happily surprised with this. The final invoice was exactly what they had quoted me before they started the project. Needless to say, I was very happy with the entire process.

Rod Leach did a great job and is a fast worker. He had great ideas for anything that needed fixing or changing. And he was great to work with. We will use Rod again for anything related to contracting or construction, big or small.

We?d been gathering bids and preparing for major work on our house for a few months, and by the time we were ready to schedule the painting, the company we?d chosen was booked out for over 6 weeks. Since we?d removed our gutters already and the new ones would be done after the painting, we didn?t want to wait that long. Jeremy was extremely responsive to our initial phone call, and was out to give us an estimate that same day?saving us hundreds of dollars over the other company?and we were placed on his schedule the week after our roof was due to be completed. Jeremy was also quick to respond to additional questions and clarifications by e-mail. We had a sample of the gutter material to match the color of the trim, and Jeremy got what looks to be an exact match of the paint to the gutter metal. Our soffets are wood and varnished, not painted. The re-varnishing we had done about 12 years ago was dull and dirty. They looked like new just after the power washing! We had to have a few of the soffet boards replaced & the stain that was used matched the existing boards very well?we know which ones they are, but no one else would notice, unless they looked closely. The soffets overall are detailed well and look beautiful! I enjoy looking at them now because they just look so GOOD! We are very happy with the results of this job and will definitely consider using Seattle Paint & Design for any painting projects in the future as well as recommend them to others..

Rod came by at a moment's notice. He showed up and immediately started the work. While I ran upstairs and downstairs cleaning up messes he proceeded to install the kitchen lights only stopping to explain things to me and ask where light bulbs were. Rod then installed the ceiling fan while I sat close by trying to figure out how to do it myself in the future. After the fan was installed and tested, he went into the living room where we wall mounted the TV. Rod was very patient considering how chaotic putting together a house can be (and I still have no idea how to furnish a house and make it look like they do in the magazines...). I'm working my way through all of that and Rod is quite a half in doing so. When we were done, he asked that I take the money I would have paid him and donate it to a breast cancer charity. My jaw dropped. The only hesitation that I have in recommending his work is that I don't want him to be booked out when I need more help making this cave into a real adult house. This is the second time I've used his services and I'm happy to give him another perfect review score.

Their bid was much lower than another company that I got a bid from. They were thorough. They gave me a price by the hour. He was very professional, on time, very responsive and very knowledgeable.

He came to our house to give us a bid, then worked with us to schedule the work to ensure it was completed within our time constraints. His crews showed up on time, were extremely pleasant, courteous and professional and we are quite happy with the work that was done.

I called three companies on Angies list to give me a bid for painting my two story 2400 square foot home and all three companies came in at about the same price. Jeremy arrived on time and was very professional and friendly when working on the bid. We walked around the home, which had not been painted in years, and the siding and paint was in terrible shape and he pointed out things which I had not noticed over the years. Jeremy was very patient because it took me a while before I made the decision on which contractor to use. I picked Jeremy because he and I seemed to be thinking the same on what I wanted for the home and during my decision process I sent him quite a few e-mails with questions and he would either call to discuss my questions or, if it was an easy answer, respond in an e-mail. He never tried to push me to make a decision but was always available to answer my questions and I really appreciated that too. The first day the crew arrived they pressure washed the house and also the driveway and front and back patio. A few days later they started the prep work. Jeremy replaced some of the siding, which had rotted or just fallen apart, while his crew scraped, hammered, caulked and no parts were missed, it was a very thorough prep job. The south and west walls were primed with an oil based primer as the siding on those walls was down to bare wood and gets a lot of sun. Next they applied two coats of main color, back rolling etc. Then a contrasting trim color was applied. A couple of pieces of trim were painted in the contrasting color and I asked if they could change it to the house color and they were very accommodating and changed it right away. I have two round columns which hold up my front porch and they had been replaced a few months ago and the paint job was terrible, so those were sanded down and repainted in white and what a different a good paint job makes as I had been very disappointed with the way they looked previously. The front door was caulked, sanded and spray painted with an oil based paint and looks amazing like a brand new door. The crew was friendly, efficient and professional, and very nice young men who did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything each evening before leaving for the day, and when the job was finished they had me walk around the house with them to make sure I did not have anything else I wanted and that I was happy with the job. I am very pleased with the way my house looks now, they did an excellent job. I will be needing some inside painting etc.done in the next few weeks and I will certainly be calling Jeremy for that work also. I highly recommend Seattle Paint and Design.

Rod is very knowledgeable about all aspects of home remodeling/repair. He worked closely with me to insure that work was within budget constraints and even offered tips in easy things I could do myself. The sub-contractors he works with are all professionals in their field as demonstrated by their high quality work and customer communication. Rod was in constant contact with them to insure the jobs were done in a timely manner and up to his high standards. This close communication was a real asset to counterbalance my stress of the construction process. He has good contacts in the field and is an excellent negotiator to get the best price for his customers. I am very pleased with his high craftsmanship in every job he tackled and appreciate the extra touches he included to upgrade my house.

Jeremy was contacted for an estimate to which he promptly emailed a bid. We talked about the job and met at the garage. Jeremy was prompt, very professional and informative. The bid was half the price of some other bids that we had received using the same paint, complete buiding primed with oil base primer , 2 coats of main color, back rolling, etc. He personally came out to do some prep work and some of the painting during the course of the work. We changed the color of the garage after one wall was painted to which Jeremy was very accommodating and understanding. The crew was very professional, easy to get along with, and very meticulous. The entire project was completed as promised. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Seattle Paint and Design.

First of all, Jeremy's team was amazing; I would recommend them to anyone. Jeremy was very professional, personable, and responsive from start to finish. His team started and finished on schedule as well. First, they came in and they wrapped all the furniture, covered all the floors and carpet, removed all the wall panels, and did any necessary patch work and wall texture prior to painting. I was very impressed with how careful and detail-oriented his team was. Once they started work, they worked from early in the morning until right before dinner time. These guys work hard to get the job done thoroughly and quickly. After everything was done, they cleaned up really well and had me inspect the work. Everything was completed beyond my expectations. I would call on Jeremy any day for any of the services he offers. I contacted five different painters for quotes and Jeremy was the second lowest bid.

Seattle Paint & Design was very responsive to my request for a job on a very tight deadline that included painting the ceilings, walls, doors, and some millwork. I contacted them on a Friday, Jeremy came for a quote on Saturday, workers started painting on Monday and the job was finished the Monday after in a 1400 sq ft home. They did a fantastic job and cut in on all the trim. Other contractors who have done work in the house since have commented on the excellent job the painters did. There were a couple of areas that were overlooked and did not get painted until I had requested attention. The painters took care of those areas right away and it was all done with careful attention to detail. Jeremy also provided some color consulting since I had no experience choosing paint colors. His helpful suggestions guided me in selecting colors from my palette that gave continuity to the house but still kept the spaces colorful. Big thumbs up!

The job was no nonsense. I appreciated Ron's tact. He was in, did his job, and was out - offering quick response if I needed it. He constantly communicated throughout the process and was adamant about doing work worth of a good review.

Everything went well. The job was completed in time. Jeremy offered to return if anything was unsatisfactory but it wasn't necessary.

Seattle Paint and Design's bid was comparable to others but we hired them as they were recommended by a friend. Jeremy was easy to communicate with and responsive to our inquiries or changes we made. Not only can they paint, but Seattle Paint and Design does a great job staining wood. We used Seattle Paint and Design again this year on the downstairs portion of our remodel and were once again pleased with their work.

Jeremy showed up with a worker to wash the house and with him he brought samples of the colors we had chosen. They picked a point on the house when all the colors would meet (main body, trim, shingles and shutters). They did a sample of each color so we could get visual confirmation of our selection. Our initial selection did not look at all like we envisioned, so we called Jeremy and went back to Sherwin Williams and picked colors or a slightly different, put the on to see and we moved ahead. Right now, I feel very confident that we made a great choice and would highly recommend Jeremy and his crew. On Monday, two workers showed up to caulk the house, they did every crack, nail head and joint. and then painted the cedar shakes at the highest point of the house. Tuesday they did about 3/4 of the main body of the house. The coverage and dried finish was great. Wednesday began with rain and I was a little surprised to see the painters setting up to work.. They worked all morning on portions of the house that were unaffected by the weather and by lunch time the sun was shinning brightly and they finished the main color of the house. Thursday they did all the accent trim and the shutters and the front door, finished the garage doors second coat. Friday the entire job was finished. It is flawless and exceeded my hopes for a finished product. We are now awaiting Jeremy to come by and do his inspection to make sure he thinks it is done. I could not be happier and would recommend Seattle Design and Paint to everyone. The neighbor's all took business cards and all came by for a closer look.

Jeremy did a fabulous job on my rental home. He was quick to respond to my bid request - and came in way lower than the others that I had called. Contractors do have a bad reputation on reliability - however Jeremy committed to dates and was done when he said he would be. In addition - he was independent and was able to look at my rental home and determine what needed to be done. I was not at the property until the job was done - when I did inspect the job, it was perfect. Thanks Jeremy. I will definitely use you again in the future.

Seattle Paint and Design took my call and met me at my house on the same day for a walk through and estimate. The job went very smoothly for a short 2 week schedule that I required for the job. Work started the day after I accepted the quote. All of the typical wall and base board painting was professionally taped and prepared, and came out looking fantastic. What impressed me most was the detailed work for removing several giant mirrors and the corresponding wall restoration. These walls now look terrific. Also, in the middle of the of job, I realized that the ceilings around several newly installed can lights required patching and touch up too. I contacted Jeremy, and he able to add the work to the job, on short notice. All of the work was completed on schedule. Another big help for us was that Seattle Paint and Design seamlessly coordinated with a flooring crew and an electrician. On some days all three crews were doing work in the house at the same time.

They did an amazing job. They worked so incredibly hard for 2 weeks. I got more than I expected in terms of quality and throughness, which says a lot since it's really rare to find any kind of contractor that actually gives you more than you expect. The millwork in my house looks absolutely exceptional. I can't say enough about how positive the entire experience was, and I will absolutely use them in the future.

There is no better painting company in the Puget Sound, and you will do yourself a disservice if you don't at least call for an estimate. Seattle Paint and Design (located in Bellevue) is absolutely trustworthy and does excellent work for a fair and reasonable price. They are professional, hard-working, efficient, and skilled. They work hard to do a perfect job. I have a fairly large kitchen with an island and separate butler's pantry. I had 1990's white oak cabinets that I wanted to update with an eggshell white paint job. Jeremy came for an estimate and patiently answered all of my questions. I asked him to give me various estimates separating out the island or butler's pantry, because I wanted to compare the cost of replacing the island or holding off on the butler's pantry. He suggested using lacquer enamel and set everything up for me. His price was very reasonable for lacquer. Other estimates charged more for the lacquer. Jeremy told me that he had recently painted oak cabinets in Clyde Hill and that it worked beautifully. I know he ran large operations before opening his own business, so he knows all aspects of the painting business - he is knowledgeable about products and is patient with all questions. I have a ton of cabinets doors and drawer faces, and Jeremy's crew diligently took off each of the doors and drawer faces off, sanded them, filled any gaps from the porous oak grain, and primed and repeated until the finish was perfect. It was a lot of detail work, and they worked hard to get it all done perfectly. They set up and covered everything. They cleaned up each day. They tried to avoid taking my kitchen out of commission. Very thoughtful. The finished work was beautiful, better than I ever imagined. It looks like I have brand new cabinets with the original factory lacquer finish. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. I give Seattle Paint and Design the very highest recommendation. Better than I could have imagined. My cabinets look brand new. The kitchen is updated and bright. Just an incredible job. Thank you so very much.

We had a house to renovate in Bothell. R&R Services redid the bathrooms (replaced the tubs and re-tiled the floors). They redid some of the electric and plumbing, and finished by hanging new doors, putting in new moldings and painting the interior. This house was sold within the first week that it was on the market. We have repeatedly been able to rely on Rod and his team to do an excellent and consistent job on homes!

We needed a remodel for a condo that we wanted on the market within a month. R&R Services went in to do a kitchen remodel - they installed granite countertops, new fixtures, a new sink and dishwasher, a range-hood and vented it, new tile, and enlarged the door. In addition they refinished the hardwood floors, replaced the electrical panel, re-tiled the bathroom, and painted the interior. They did a great job and the place sold within the first two weeks of being on the market!

We had a house in Greenlake to list, and it needed some major updating! Rod and his team put in new cabinets, new granite countertops, and new flooring and lighting in the kitchen. He re-tiled the two bathrooms and renovated the showers. They replaced the hardwood flooring and re-carpeted the whole house! They rebuilt the water damaged wall in basement (sheetrock, textured, and painted). The exterior had some rotted siding so R&R services replaced the siding and painted to match. They even rebuilt the deck in the backyard. We were able to get this house listed within the month and it sold after 2 weeks!
