This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

He was able to answer all of my technical questions and was very accommodating when it came to visiting our home and bringing samples. "I bought Pella windows for my home after being shown how easy they were to tilt in to clean the exterior. I was not able to do it so I watched the videos on-line and still was unable to do it. I called Pella and had to wait an hour to actually speak to a person and was told I would have to pay $79.00 to have a Pella staff come to my home to show me how to do it. I was shocked that I would have to pay to have someone come to show me how to tilt the windows in so I got a friend come and show me how to do it. My hands are not strong enough to tilt them in myself even though I have seen how to do it, so I am terribly disappointed I invested all that money in windows that I cannot clean myself. Don't buy Pella windows. They will charge you to show you how to clean them and they will tell you they are easy to tilt in to clean when that is not the case. I regret having bought them."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
