Will not do what they say they would

Excellent. The staff was professional, showed up when they said they would and completed the job as expected. During the project, it started to rain, the staff covered the roof, communicated the situation with me and indicated, weather permitting, they would return after the storm. The team returned as stated the following day and completed the work. Communication from the office staff was continuous, friendly and more than I have experienced with other companies. I would definitely use Sunshine Contracting again.

This was our first time using Sunshine Contracting for our home renovation needs. I looked at several different proposals, but ultimately chose Sunshine Contracting to update our siding/trim, gutters/downspouts and windows. To say that we are happy we did is an understatement…”ecstatic or thrilled” better describe our feelings about the end result. Sunshine Contracting provided everything that we expected and more. We chose Sunshine Contracting because of their already positive reputation in our neighborhood, a quality and professional sales experience with Frank, competitive pricing (though not cheapest), and because of the expert and stress-free scheduling, ordering and follow-up processes with Nate for siding and Cathy for windows. Kevin and his team did a fabulous siding removal and installation job that was completed with respect to our home and property, a great attitude and pure professionalism. The highly dedicated and professional team always had a great attitude and worked diligently daily to complete the job. Our home looks fabulous! Santos and his team were equally professional and hardworking and completed window removal and installation with amazing artistry, precision and quality detail. This work was completed faster than we would have anticipated and looks great! At completion, Sunshine Contracting has proven itself to us as a “first class” operation! Our home looks even better than we anticipated with our new siding/trim, gutters/downspouts and windows. We anticipate many more years of happiness in this home and look forward to Sunshine Contracting for our future home renovation needs.

Sunshine Contracting provided excellent service from start to finish. The estimate was thorough, and the project manager provided great support. I needed a cosmetic modification of the initial design to satisfy a condo association requirement, and they took care of it quickly. The installation team was on time and efficient.

Our Masonite-sided home of 31 years was beginning to fail, so we decided to reside with Hardiplank. After quite a long search, we chose Sunshine Contracting and can say without reservation it was the finest contracting experience we've ever had. Company president Ryan Sabo came thru with every promise and more. The entire team, Project Manager Nate, Site Manager Kevin and crew Rueben, Demas, Rutiello, & Domingo were professionals and a pleasure to work with. They are true craftsmen, who labored over the details and maintained the aesthetic qualities of our Williamsburg-styled home.They delivered excellent customer service along with a 5-star product. We are 100% satisfied with their work. Really can't say enough, great experience!

Great job and great quality. They had a full schedule so it took several weeks before they could do the work, but they did a great job once they got started which is likely why they were in high demand

The recommendation on which siding to use was excellent! Originally thinking vinyl but was recommended Hardie as the cost differential was less than $1000. Checked with other vendors and price differential confirmed.the team did an excellent job, stayed to sked, cleaned all trash and didn’t depart job until I reviewed with project leader & was satisfied

We put our roof job out for bid and 3 reputable, "A" rated Angie's List roofing companies competed for the work. All were priced competitvely within the range but we liked how thorough Sunshine was with their sales rep's explanations on each element of the roof replacement process and the detailed bid. We also wanted to go with the GAF shingle vs Certainteed, which was another deciding factor. Scheduling is always a pain with spring rainy weather so not holding that against them. Our project manager Nick was very nice to work with and excellent at communicating the status of our project.

NOTE: the company does not repair siding. They only install NEW siding. They did say they would repair siding that they'd previously installed.

Sunshine Contracting was a pleasure to work with. Their work was first class and their cost was a great value. Scott Sterling did great work in presenting options possible and advising us in professional consultive manner. The job was done very well. We had a couple of issues - one with the roof and another with the window. Sunshine addressed them quickly and without hassle. We would hire them again (except our windows, roofing and siding are all done.)

I was very pleased with how quick the job was done. It took less than 2 weeks from proposal to installation. The crew did a nice job cleaning up after completion. My roof looks great! Thank you Nick and Frank for making it possible.

Sunshine replaced our roof last fall, and recently replaced our gutters. We are very happy with the customer service we received from AJ, Ray, and Nick. I did outreach to several roofing companies, and Sunshine was the only company to personally stop by to talk about the project and provide an estimate. We were also very happy with the installation teams that did the work. They were very efficient and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would highly recommend Sunshine for your roofing and gutter projects, and I plan to hire them when we need new windows and doors.

They did phenomenal job .they clean afther they finished and check up everything was ok

Initially had concerns with how screens were to be mounted but they stopped work on the job until I was comfortable with how the work was to be performed. Also had several shingles that became dislodged during a significant sustained wind event that occurred shortly after they were installed. They were back out within 2 days to repair the damage.

After speaking with numerous companies, this was one that I felt wasn’t trying to gouge me on price or skimp on quality. I was happy with the work done and satisfied with the project manager’s responsiveness.

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. They dont show up or show up unannounced, do shoddy work, and will be rude with you and hang up in the end when you complain. There are many companies out there that do this work, steer clear of this one and find someone else.

Had a great experience with Sunshine Contracting doing a roof replacement on our house. We chose them because they appeared more established than other roofing companies we took quotes from (been in business a long time and not a small business). They completed the work in 1 long day using a larger crew than we noticed on neighbors roofs. We appreciated them getting it done quickly and are happy with the result. We
