They were fantastic!

The project was simple, but the two men who did the work didn't 'seem to know how. The project included mowing the grass and blowing and bagging the leaves. Two guys showed up first day with no leaf blower so we had to reschedule the project. Next time they arrived without clear leaf bags. They asked me for bags. The final project was very dissatisfying. Will not use them again.

Was a misunderstanding on the scope of the work. I requested the sidewalks on all three sides of the house as well as the driveway. They initially did only the driveway and a small portion of the back sidewalk. I agreed to an increase in price but did NOT do the front sidewalk at all. I have a speech problem so they may not have fully understood me. I did tell the office that they had not finished when they called. They never came back or called me back. Will request a read back of the contract in the future.

It was during the BIG snow....I had arranged at least 4 days ahead to have snow removal. The guys showed up at 6:30. PM. I did not want work done In the dark so I told them to come back In the am. After many phone calls the next day they finally showed up. They did good work quickly. The girl who answers the phone Ins polite. They need to communicate better with customers. But, I would hire them again.

good job clearing overgrown lawn at reasonable cost. will continue using them for future jobs.

Very responsive company!

Initially, I gave them 5 stars, but as the season progressed,their service got progressively worse. On many visits, they did not come prepared. They had to use my lawnmower. They argued about trimming my fence line.They would not secure the fence gates when they left. The e-billing came to me late and the email said it was past due. The last cut they did was early September, 2014. Have not heard from them... it is now late October. I have cut my grass 3 times and purchased my own trimmer. Very poor customer service.

I would use them again for other landscape projects.

The employees were very professional. Did a great job and worked hard.

Company was able to come out the same day that I contacted them which was greatly appreciated.

There was a slight mis-communication. I wanted my grass bagged during the 1st few cuts, so the winter debris would be cleaned up. I spoke to the supervisor Raymond & he assured me it would be done in the future.

They did a good job, but the quote included trimming hedges, which are really small but they neglect to do it every time. I called several time and they say they will do it, but then they don't.

ELX is the best. They did a wondeful job on my large yard when I wasn't home. They came out and remained in communication with me. Hallelujah!!!!

First impressions are lasting with us and they made a great one. . They went beyond and we appreciated the great effort. Awesome customer service and productive communication with results. I really think that we have found the right company to maintain our lawn. Great price which means it fits into our budget, Cleanup was not a problem for these guys they took care of the lawn...Awesome job. They took the time to find the property lines..great! Attention to detail concludes in a job well done.
