My deck was in bad condition and needed repair or replacement so I contacted Deck Envy. The project manager Johnny stopped by to give me an estimate to demo and build a new 12â x16â deck which I agreed to. In early January 2020 Ricardo and his crew demoed the deck and started the build. The build went well and I requested more work to include lattice and a pergola which added more cost but was reasonable. The build took a week and I am very pleased with it. The neighbors have stopped by to take a look and have commented on the construction trim details. I would highly recommend Deck Envy for your next deck project Johnny and Ricardo are great to work with.

I m a realtor and when buying or selling properties with deck, porch, patio for my clients I always relied on Deck Envy especially Johnny Vo to make sure everything is done right. One thing I can say is they are extremely reliable & professional. I m very happy to have a great team to call whenever there is a need for my client s out door living.

I had just purchased a home and the old deck needed an upgrade from the warped wood that it currently had. Johnny came to meet me and was actually waiting there for me to get home from work. I find that being punctual for appointments very important. He went through my options and I decided to go with the Trex composite because of the looks and of course that fact that it should last for a long time. When Ricardo and his crew came to do the work, they were very professional and made sure that the work area was always clean before they left. Johnny came by the house on numerous occasions to make sure that the work was being done properly. They even made sure that all of the stray nails and building materials were cleaned up before they left. Overall I am very pleased with the work that Johnny and his company Deck Envy has done and I will definitely use them again!

Inconsiderate and unprofessional - left trash from their lunch on my front lawn, dumped wood shavings on top of my garbage can (toppling it over and leaving it like that) instead of putting their waste inside it, left countless wood screws all over my driveway, rusted post bolts and screws the literal size of my hand were left behind in the middle of my churned up grass (which is now almost entirely mud), also left behind old wooden planks, large pieces of shingle, and countless dangerous chunks and shards of wood and plastic, etc. They used no drop cloth during their work or any magnet after, and they seemed very disinterested in meeting even a minimally professional standard in their clean up effort. When I contacted them about this issue, they apologized and said they would return to clean it and ultimately ended up returning a day later to pick up the neat piles of things I had already spent hours collecting and i personally watched as they left moments later without any attempt to do any cleaning themselves. The Workers also never notified me at any point when they entered or left my property, they left gates unlocked and wide open repeatedly, and acted impatiently and parked illegally, pulling onto my lawn, when trying to offload their vehicle in my driveway despite my offers to move my car. Not to mention that I was never contacted for the original date we coordinated for this work, without explanation or apology and was expected to accommodate their schedule changes day-of without any appreciation. They are not bad people and they do not do bad work, they just are just immensely inconsiderate. I recommend that if you work, or have kids, or an animal, that you really decide if it is worth it to you to get decent work from people who have such a disregard for your property, safety, and time.

Johnny Vo promptly responded with a competitive price. Clearly communicated the scope of work to me and scheduled crew within in 2 weeks. Crews were professional and did work timely with exceptional quality. Johnny was very attentive to any questions I had and remained engaged from start to finish.

The entire experience with Deck Envy was flawless. During the estimate Johnny listened and designed exactly what we wanted at a phenomenal price. Fabian and team came out and did an impeccable job - even during the coldest of days. They work quickly and the quality of their work was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this company for all jobs.

We have got our deck and patio done thru them. Ricardo and Miguel helped us with our deck. Really will give a big thumbs up for all the prompt follow up they did on a daily basis until the project was done and Infact finished even before the date promised. We were really happy on how our deck and patio came out and were able to have a big family gathering before the weather turned out cold. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking. Hired Deck Envy to replace a small 20 yr old wooden deck with a much larger composite deck 14 x 40. I have nothing but praise for this company. They completely gave life to a lifeless backyard deck. Johnny, Ricardo and Miguel gave us our dream deck with wonderfully insight, advice onto what our vision already was for the project. The workmanship and quality of the work far excess anything I have seen. They listened to what we wanted, what we envisioned and they gave it to us, even when we wanted to change things near completion. When I couldn t envision the plans for the layout, Johnny was able to produce pictures from past decks to give us an idea of what he was talking about. Johnny kept us informed all throughout the project, Ricardo and Miguel showed up on time every morning at 7:30 to start work. The whole team is amazing. Highly recommend the company, they give a quality product start to finish.

We hired Deck Envy to do our new deck. Johnny is a great person to work with. He comes with a lot of insight and knowledge. Very upfront with all the cost involved in the project The deck was finished in a timely schedule. The crew with Ricardo is very professional and clean up thoroughly after. We added to our project midway to include a patio with turned out amazing and was finished again in within a week. We are thoroughly enjoying our new backyard. Johnny designed a great looking deck with integrated lights and great Composite deck materials. The project included a complete tear down and removal of the old deck and removal of the debris. Deck Envy business co-owner Ricardo worked with Miguel worked over the Labor Day to get the project completed on time. They came on time and were very organized and courteous. The work was completed very efficiently and I will definitely use them again for our next project. Very reliable.

Salesperson was very very professional and courteous. However the job was totally messed up. They tried to fix it but the end result was horrendous. They did not even offer to compensate for their lousy work. I would never hire them or recommend them.

We had Deck Envy replace the stone in our front stoop. Johnny responded quickly to our request for an estimate. His price was very reasonable and was ready to do the work at our convenience. Fabian his sub did the work and estimated that it would take 2 days and he finished in one day due to a forecast of rain the next day, staying late to finish. The work looks great. Iâ m having them give me an estimate on replacing my deck in the back and feel very comfortable using them again.
