They were prompt, but there were some language problems. I had trouble understanding some of the conversations on the phone and I lived in South Asia for two years and spoke two languages.

I used them for about a year and a half. They were fine. They sent us one home health aide who was good. There wasn't really outstanding. I didn't have any issues with the service. The employee was sometimes late.

I went to visit my uncle and noticed that his health seemed to be lacking and he seemed very sad and lonely. I had seen BestCare in action before and decided to use their services. At first everything seemed like it was going great. I spoke with my aunt on a regular basis and she seemed to be very pleased with the level of care. I decided to go and make a surprise visit and see how my uncle was getting along one day and was very surprised at what I found. When I arrived the helper was sitting on the couch watching television and seemed startled that I was there. I did not see me uncle. I called out to him and he responded that he was in the bedroom. I went to the bedroom to visit him and he was still in his pajamas, under the covers. (that seemed as if they had not been cleaned in weeks.) He was happy to see me and asked almost immediately for something to eat. it was approximately 11:30 and he said he had not eaten breakfast. I called to his helper and she arrived. I asked her to help him change while I made him some breakfast and she got extremely irritated. I ended up having to do it my self while she watched t.v. I asked her to leave and said I would stay with him the rest of the day. When my Aunt got home I spoke with her and she said the agency had sent out several different people and that none of them seemed to communicate well. She said she thought that they didn't understand her directions. She said she requested on several occasions to have an aide with clear english and it was never granted. She also said that when she called there seemed to be a lot of confusion on whom she was supposed to speak to. recently my uncle was admitted to a senior home and is no longer in need of the services but I don't think I will be recommending this facility to anymore relatives.

Everything went well, the therapists were great and very attentive to my mothers needs. Also, they were able to provide, a care giver to help with my mother when I was not able to be there in the house. Everyone was on time and willing to stay later as needed. Also there was a time when I needed to get in contact with my mothers nurse, and was able to reach some one on the phone late at night, and I was very surprised when a live person answered. They responded to my questions quickly and efficiently. I give them an A++++++.

I used the Winchester Va office. I Live in Winchester and needed someone to care for my mother while she was getting well. Didn't want to put mom in a nursing home and they were able to help me out. Mom has in home PT, OT, and a nurse. She also has an aide with her 10 hours a day so I can work. They did a great job! Friendly staff!

My disabled nephew, who is paralyzed from the waist down since birth, received care from BestCare Home Care during the timeframe March 2010 to February 2011. No matter what time I called seeking their assistance they always had someone at the house within a few hours or the very next day. They did an excellent job keeping my nephew clean and fed and also took care of household chores such as laundry and light cleaning. The providers showed great compassion and care towards my nephew. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I would tell others this is a good place to start. We've been through a few of them and this one seems to work out the best.

They are phenomenal. My husband suffered a stroke a year and a half ago and then he has had some other troubles. In December, he had back surgery. We had a home health aid come to the house in February. We were not pleased with them, so I just called every list that I could find anywhere to see if anyone accepted our insurance BestCare said they did, so we signed them up to come to the home. We were very pleased with them and then found our insurance center out of network, so we would have to pay 30%. BestCare said they would pick up that cost for us based on the fact of what we had been through, which I thought was great. We used them as long as the insurance said that we could have that kind of help and then the insurance cut it off, so I had my husband admitted to another provider for more physical therapy treatment. When he came out of there instead of using BestCare for the physical and the occupational therapy, I used them to get a home health aid so that my husband would have someone here with him while I am at work. They do all kinds of home treatment. They will even provide overnight care if I need to take a break.
