Our receipts are itemized by charges ie: boarding / baths / medication administration, etc....I apologize if you did not receive a receipt when you picked your pets up. I have reprinted it and will put it in the mail to you today. Again, thank you for allowing us the chance to care for your fur babies!
Service Provider ResponseIn response to this review, We do feed twice daily am / pm. We also clean our entire kennel inside / outside areas several times per day. And yes a dog could have been alone for a few minutes because this pet's caretaker may have been the one giving [member name removed] a tour. If the kennel was as bad as she projects during her tour, why make a reservation and bring her dog back? We feel that this review is very inaccurate, and the real reason for a bad review was because we would not stay for [member name removed] to pick up her dog AFTER hours without a closed hours check out fee, . When asked when she would be here she could not give an exact time because she was stuck in traffic somewhere on a major 4 lane, that is at least an hour away from us. When dropping the dog off, she asked could she prepay because they would not be able to make it by 6pm and were going to have someone else picking up, and we obliged. she also said the person picking up would not be able to pick up during our regular pick up time of 8am - 1pm, we then told her it was ok, since it was there first visit with us, we would waive the boarding fee that day (We do charge the regular daily rate if a dog is not picked up before check out time. So that saved her $50. I do not wish to argue back and forth regarding this review, I am sorry [member name removed] feels she had a bad experience, and as [member name removed] recommended please check us out, and make your own decision.
