Paul Henry's Window Installation Inc

This is the second time I contracted with Paul Henry's for window installation. I originally obtained a quote based on Angie's List reviews, and chose them to do the work based on Paul's professionalism even though he gave a slightly higher quote. Paul Henry's is a family-run business, and Paul provided both estimates. In April 2014 Henry's installed nine new BF Rich windows and two exterior doors. The installer was Brian and a crew of three people. There were no language barriers with any member of the installation team. Installation was clean, professional, and high quality. Brian communicated with me every step of the way. In May 2015, I had Henry's return to install seven more windows. I requested Brian to do the installation again, and he provided the same high quality job. I will have Henry's replace the remaining six windows and two doors in my home next spring 2016.

Paul Henry did some work fore us in 2012 to replace patio doors and windows and we were so impressed with their work that we decided to use them again to start a systematic replacement of all of our builders grade windows that were installed in 2001. I can't begin to sing the praises of this company. What a joy to work with and the quality of their product is exceptional and the professionalism of the entire organization is absolutely remarkable. Paul Henry himself did the original estimate and there was never a doubt about his honesty and integrity. The crew that came to do the work was first class all the way. They were polite, and professional. Their work was impeccable and when they left, there was no evidence that they were ever there. That is how well they cleaned up the job site. We have a plan in place and more windows to go and we will definitely use Paul Henry.

Crew arrived on time, were courteous and efficient. Had to overcome snow already on ground and additional snow the second day of installation.

The crew was very professional, polite, cleaned up all debris and took the old windows and doors. Paul Henry's Windows did an awesome job! Very happy! They are a top notch company! You will not be disappointed, they do an excellent job.

Paul Henry came out to do the estimate and walked me through the whole process. This was not a pressure sale and he spent a couple of hours going over everything in detail. He explained that he used his own employees for the job. He measured each and every window. The scheduler keep us informed of the scheduled date and if there would be any changes due to the weather. The install crew showed up at 7AM on the first day. They introduced themselves and explained what they were going to accomplish that day. Every member of the crew as a professional, they were polite, and respected our house. They had one person that was always cleaning up after the window was installed. Everyday, they left the job site clean and discussed what time that would be here the next day. On the last day, they went over everything they had accomplished and demonstrated the use of the windows. This is the first contractor that I would have no hesitation on doing a job. They were priced fairly and they did a fantastic job. Since it was snowing, they offered up once the snow had gone to come back out to pick up any debris that was left.

The 4-man installation team were very curators and on time for the install.They had no issues with removing their shoes while in the house and left our house clean and tidy when finished.Great experience.

Excellent experience! Four men were prompt, professional, very pleasant and polite, very efficient. There was no mess or trash at all when they finished. New windows look great - and I can't feel breezes inside my house anymore!

We met with 3 different window/door companies to get quotes. All pointed us to the same doors, which was a good sign! Paul came out and gave us the best price on Signet Fiberglass entry doors to replace original house doors. He gave us a lot of input on styles being used in newer construction and with our style home. There was no pressure sale at all; he was very even keeled and pleasant to work with. We chose Paul for his Angieslist ratings and our in-person meeting. While we weren't planning on windows right away, he gave us some ballpark quotes and discussed what lines of windows he offers and what styles would be used for our home. Between the initial meeting and installation it took about 4-5 weeks. The installation team was knowledgeable, courteous, and very picky about the installation. Final inspection of doors/installation went fine. Have had no issues and we've gotten many compliments on our doors.

The crew showed up at 7 am, as promised, to install our new front door with two side lights. Very professional and courteous, introducing themselves to me. They protected the new front stoop with the cardboard from the new door, so no concerns there. It is surprising how much work it takes to remove an old door. The whole process took about 5 hours. All the interior molding was caulked around it despite the fact that it is only white primer, it still looks great. Clean up was excellent, including blowing off the driveway.

The installation went well both of the workers Dan and Matt were very good and professional. The product installed was of very good quality.The area was cleaned up and all the old pieces were taken away. I was very satisfied with the job and would use them again. I would also recommend them to my friends.

They arrived slightly late on the first day due t traffic. They installed two of the windows. They were perfectionists regarding getting the windows level and plumb. The attention to detail paid off as the windows work perfectly and look great. They finished the remaining two windows on the second day. Both the exterior work and the interior trim look great. They were polite and professional. They cleaned up their work areas each day.

In the office Jen was very pleasant, professional & thorough, showing us all the options/configurations we might like. Paul came out for the measurements and reviewed the details with us. Brian and Dnaiel were terrific w/ installation & clean up.

Excellent! Although I had to wait a few weeks for an install date and they are priced a little higher than what I was quoted from a big box retailer, the firm does an excellent job. The installers were on time, polite, left the place immaculate over the two days they were here and problem solved (asking for my input not just making the decision). The quality of workmanship on the siding and exterior finishing was flawless and I would highly recommend. Worth every extra penny to use this firm!

They are experts - they dont try to oversell. He listens to what the customer wants. I think theyre fair and work with high quality products. They know what theyre doing and dont cut corners. They do the job right the first time through. They are excellent, family owned, and very thorough.

Paul Henry provided us with a demonstration of the windows and how they would impact heat and cold transfer during the various weather conditions. He provided a written estimate of all costs, at a later date we changed some of the work which we previously agreed, his staff on Broadview Ave. graciously assisted us to make the requested changes. When work began all the employees introduced themselves providing a pleasant experience for the duration of the job. We were able to communicate with each individual worker which was very helpful in maintaining a comfortable work site. All the workers were very professional and demonstrated a high job proficiency.

Excellent! Mr. Henry provided me with a detailed estimate prior to starting the work. All work was done as scheduled and to my satisfaction. His employees were knowledgeable, friendly, well mannered, and respectful of my home. I plan on hiring Paul Henry again for additional work.

It went well, I've used Paul Henry for years. When he first started, he came and did all my windows. I would recomment him to everyone.

I could not have been happier with the results from the first meeting with Paul to the final product. I had gone to the Washington Home Show and got suckered into getting bids from some of the big home improvement companies [ Window Nation, etc,]. They were all high pressure salesmen. That is another whole story but I would not recommend any of them. When Paul came out we walked around the house and he explained the procedure with me step by step. The other companies wanted to cover the siding where as Paul explained the advantage of removing the existing siding which was what I thought the others would do. They would wrap the house with Tyvek too. He explained the materials used and the advantages of all the top grade materials he insists on using. At that point everything sounded great but I was a bit skeptical of what this would all cost. We came in and he sat down and put a bid together that was right in the ball park with the other companies that had come to give us estimates. And Paul is local with lots of high praise from everyone we talked to which is a plus too. My wife was out at the time Paul came but when she got home I told her we had our man. The next day I took her to Paul's showroom for her to meet him and pick out the cool scheme and trim she wanted. Of course with her tastes we spent a little more but not much and I agreed with her choices. The first thing to be replaced was the roofing. Shawn and crew came out and shoveled the snow off the roof to expedite the process. He and the crew were very professional and even put new shingles on my small shed in the back yard for no additional cost. Something I had planned on doing but they did it in not time flat. The siding was scheduled to start in late March but I asked if it could be postponed till April 1st because I was going to out of town the last week of March. Dee was very helpful in accommodating us on that. A couple days before Dee called and said the guys should be there April 1st either at 0700 or mid morning if the job they were doing did not finish. They day before she called and said it would be mid morning. Well mid morning came and so did they. I have nothing but praise about ALL of the guys working for Paul. They could not have been more professional , helpful and respectful. I think we meet almost all of them since this was a large job. The main players were Brian [ Paul's brother and the foreman], Daniel [ Paul's son], Zack and Kevin. There were several others that came out to help and each came to meet us and introduce themselves with a big smile. They all paid attention to every detail of the work and were true craftsmen. They cleaned up after themselves every day too. As I said before we could not be happier with our decision to go with Paul Henry. We know all the materials used are top quality and installed correctly. Everyone we met was friendly and professional. The house looks like a new house. Kudos to the whole gang.

They were always on time and the work went well. They showed and explained what they were doing and where there were problem so I felt secure in the process. They finished on time and did not exceed their estimates. When there was a problem, they responded quickly and fixed it.

They were very responsive in finalizing the contract - Paul even met us on his day off so we could review the final details. Some of the exterior molding had to be replaced first due to water damage and this was done at a reasonable additional cost (which we knew about in advance) - some companies might just cover it up or charge too much since they know you are committed at that point. They also properly insulated between the siding and windows and we don't feel any drafts. The crew was knowledgeable and cleaned up properly at the end of the job. We had some exterior mantels placed above our windows which had to be painted prior to installation. They came back later as agreed to and installed them after I painted them.

Installers were professional and meticulous. Windows look great and most importantly, no more cold air leaking in! Installers cleaned up everything very well. Would use them again.

Paul's crew showed up early, on time and worked throughout the two days and completed the job in a timely manner, Jan 3 & 4 of 2014. Very friendly crew and eager to please.

Paul Henry was very professional and confident. His installing team carried those traits and were very courteous.
