We have been using Paws and Whiskers for close to a year now for various times we have gone out of town. We have always had Courtney as our person who actually comes to do the pet sitting. There has never been anything out of the ordinary, just the routine feeding, playing with our cats etc. When we were on vacation for a week recently, we received a notification from our Homeowners Association that there had been recent activity in our neighborhood with break-ins in some vacant homes and autos. I immediately contacted Courtney to do a check of our vehicle. Can you believe it, our car had been broken in. Courtney immediately contacted the owner of Paws and Whiskers, Desiree and they called the Police. Once the police arrived, they went through our car and house just to be sure it was OK. Courtney and Desiree both called us, took pictures and helped us discover what was and wasn't missing. This saved our vacation. Instead of us having to cut our vacation short and rush home, they did it all for us with the police and put our minds at ease that all was safe and secure. What a marvelous feeling of security when you are away. The pet sitters all work for vets too so you know if anything happens health wise with your pets, they are trained and can help out with an emergency medical situation.

We feel that Paws and Whiskers went above and beyond the call of duty. I am thankful to them for having the quick thinking ability to see that the situation was resolved in a responsible, thoughtful way. We hired Paws and Whiskers to pet sit our dogs while we went on vacation. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and within a matter of days the pet sitter came out to meet the dogs and go over their care. She was very nice and professional and even called the owner for a question she didn't know the answer to. Just before we left for our trip they confirmed our agreement . The pet sitter updated us on how the dogs were doing while we were away and left a daily report with the times she was there and what she did for them i.e. walks, feeding, playing. All in all it went well. This was our first time using a pet sitting service and we were worried about the process and how the dogs and our house would fare. However, there was no need to worry because they took very good care of them. When we vacation again I know we won't have to worry about our dogs.

They are excellent. They're bonded, they always come on time...you can depend on them.

They are great. They let the animals out during the day to play. They treat my cat well. They let you bring your own food. They have veterinarians on site 24 hours a day.
