202323320Removal of a Crape Myrtle tree and stump along with 6 bushes. The tree and bush removal typical. However the stump was a challenge. The tree had been planted above a gas line. Being in proximity to a gas line the stump had to be removed with hand tools only, no power tools or equipment. Removing the stump was difficult but with determination the job was completed to the home owners approval.

After seeing the wonderful job Andrew did removing our next door neighbors overgrown trees, I had him return to remove one large crape myrtle that was too close to our house and 6 bushes. He gave a very reasonable estimate, but upon property marking by “Miss Utility” learned the tree was planted (17 years ago) directly above our natural gas line, thus, no powered digging or stump grinding tools within 2 ft either side. We then negotiated a “not to exceed” price, and Andrew excavated the huge tree by hand, probing with bare hands and a screwdriver. Long story short, a 3 hour job took 3 full days before declaring “victory” over the tree and stump. I highly recommend Andrew for your tree removal & landscaping work and would definitely hire him again.
