+ -1 moreThey arrived every morning at 8AM. They were prompt, courteous, quiet and hard working. The quality of their work is superior to many others I've seen. Every time I looked out my window, every guy on the crew was busy doing work. There was no loud yelling or loud music. I only heard them working. Roger took the time to come in and explain what was going on. His crew cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything looked great when they left. I am so pleased at how beautiful my house looks now. My house stands out in the neighborhood. I've gotten several compliments on my house. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
Description of Work: Roger and his crew replaced the siding on our house. They tore off the old siding, wrapped the house, put up new siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters. Then they picked up their debris before they left and made sure I was satisfied with their work.

+ -1 moreRoger was recommended to me by a carpenter I was using. He gave me a detailed estimate complete with the brands of material he planned to use. His price was excellent. He started the job several days later and finish it all in four days. It looked (and nearly two years later it still looks) great. I'm now about to sell the house, so I called Roger to repair several place that I and other's had damaged. He came right out, fixed the five items on my list and charged me $225. I'm very pleased.
Description of Work: Almost two years ago, Roger Contreras and his crew installed aluminium trim, vinyl trim about the windows and vinyl siding . Just this week, I called him back to fix several areas where there was damage. Like where my father-in-law tried to paint the wrought iron fence but sprayed the siding instead. Another where I hauled a cast iron sink out the door, but lost control and it rolled off the dolly and slammed in the aluminum trim about the doorway.
