Good service. Instead of charging me a fee to come out they put the money towards a maintenance package. It turned out to be a great deal but the approach felt like I was being hustled. Kind of hard to explain on text. Overall good work at fair prices.

Daniel came out to the house to provide an estimate of the work for the kitchen sink. Daniel was very professional and provided information for the services to be performed. He was able to unclog the kitchen sink and realized the previous plumber poorly installed the kitchen plumbing. He offered to remove a section of the plumbing underneath the sink and install new plumbing correctly. The kitchen is working perfectly. Excellent work. Daniel also offered to fix the bathroom sink which also was clogged and needed plumbing removed and replaced. He fixed the bathroom sink and everything is working as expected. Daniel cleaned up the area after he completed his work and provided advice for future problems if they occur. We plan to hire Daniel again for a new bathroom sink install when we're ready. Daniel did an excellent job.

After using Cardinal Plumbing multiple times over the past couple of years, I decided to finally take the time and write a review. Cardinal has always been easy to communicate with, prompt, and professional. Their work has held up, and any issue I had was quickly resolved. After a defective manufacturers part gave out shortly after an install, the owner of Cardinal made my issue a priority and resolved the problem that night at no extra charge to me. This was the moment of truth for me, and they have earned my business for the future by responding so promptly and with concern for the customer. Given their level of professionalism and actual care for their customers, I would highly recommend them to anyone - and plan to continue to make them my primary plumber.

Cardinal showed up within 1.5 hours of my first call and completed the work quickly at a much lower price than I anticipated.

Very satisfied. The back faucet required a new shut off valve and our plumber George A. worked in a small space to replace it with a no frost shut off valve so we don't have to worry about it in the winter. He also made the valve more accessible especially since it was in a small space over the downstairs sink. He didn't create any need for drywall repair either. I was very impressed. He also was able to repair the front faucet which only needed a new valve gasket.

With my shower running nonstop, Cardinal came out right away to turn the shower off and prevent a flood. They sent a different repairman a bit later in the day to do the repair. The repair was done quickly and correctly. Problem solved! They are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I will use them for all plumbing needs in the future. I will recommend them wholeheartedly to my friends.

We had a burst pipe in our basement early on a Saturday morning. We needed an immediate fix and very few plumbing service providers were open or responsive. Not only was Cardinal available, they sent out a technician promptly who was able diagnose the issue quickly and provide great service. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work.

Not well. Plumber used our bathroom and left quite a mess, which I obviously had to clean up. I'm not a horrible person who would deny someone a bathroom, but it was the first appointment of the day (early in the morning), so I'm not sure why he couldn't take care of his business before. In addition, he wasn't able to fix our problem, and due to the language barrier he wasn't able to communicate exactly why. He provided a temporary fix and said his supervisor would reach out to assess the problem and give an estimate - over a month later, and we haven't heard from anyone.

Same day service! We called them after having a toilet leak (very old toilet) and outdoor faucet leak--all on the same day. They sent a plumber out the same day under the service deal. He confirmed what we suspected, toilet beyond repair and faucet worn out. He came back a couple hours later with new toilet and the parts he needed. Daniel T was friendly and did a clean job. He did have to cut whole in finished basement wall to get access to pipe for faucet. But he made it small enough and clean cut that we can repair and paint easily ourselves.

Mark was very professional and very polite. Gave me different opinions of ways to replace items. Didn't feel pushed into it. Very quick for the work he had to do. Surprised me. I would definitely use them again and again!

The technician, Daniel T, was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was needed and what it would cost to do the job. He arrived earlier than I expected and left my bathroom clean after he finished his work. I am well pleased with the work and will hire this company again.

I was pleased that the repairman (Daniel) was able to fix rather than replace the existing faucets as replacing them would have necessitated cutting into the drywall.
