He called in less than 10 minutes after I put in the request, was out to provide an estimate within the hour, and was incredibly kind when I didn't quite have the words to explain what I needed. We hired him and he was there the next day promptly and stayed until the job was done, which took the whole day. He did excellent work fixing the broken pipe and with excavating. The lawn was perfectly level after all the digging, was able to mow the next day without a hiccup. We will be keeping his business card in case of future needs and wholeheartedly recommend him and his quality work!"

"From a craftsmanship standpoint, Jonathan did an outstanding job. The quote we received for the work was fair, and the project was completed to our satisfaction. Jonathan was easy to get along with and kept us updated with progress and changes as they happened. There were materials, tools, and supplies that he didn't have, that he either had to stop and get, or borrow from us, in order to complete the job. This contributed to the project taking three days to complete, rather than two. And at the end of the project, there was still cleanup that we needed to remind him to do before leaving. We would recommend Jonathan for this kind of work, and would call him again if we have similar projects in the future."

I had two small jobs that were scheduled and Billy started the work but after three weeks the work has not been completed. Any attempt to reschedule with Billy was met with an excuse as to why he is unable to make the agreed appointment time. Now Billy is refusing to responde to several attempts to contact him. In my opinion the work that was completed was not high quailty work and does not meet the expectations for the price charged. Buyer beware of Billy Herrin and Grace Home Improvement, LLC."

"The Williams Brothers Tree & Lawn Service team were great! My mother had a large dead tree in her back yard that she was worried it could hit the house if it came down in a storm. The crew drove the truck into the fenced dog area, missed the drainspouts, trimmed the tree up, listened to my mother's concerns, etc. They were so professional and friendly. She said the main guy in the bucket who did the tree topping was a 'master' at how he went about it. Very impressed. The other guys that came to help also cleared away any trace of mess, raked, and when they left they shut the farm gate on the dog's fence as well as took the time to replace the log-barricades we use to keep the dogs from crawling under the gate. Super guys, extremely fair price. Was really nice to find a company like them in the area."

"Should be called "Steal-tite". Company came out to give estimate in MAY 2019. Said they couldn't do the job until December, but we weren't having any leaks by June, so we went ahead and signed contract, sent in $800 deposit. Well, we ended up buying another house and decided not to have the work done. This was about October. Tried to call Seal-tite several times, always get the "answering service" and they never call back. Finally found the card of the engineer who quoted our estimate, Curt Giantonio. He said too bad so sad for our deposit, and that we had no recourse to get the money back. I realize the contract said the deposit was non-refundable. But the company could have been courteous, understood the situation, and refund my deposit even though legally they don't have to. Instead they've chosen to keep my money for zero services rendered. I could understand them keeping a portion to cover the travel costs of the engineer who came on site to give the estimate, but there's no way that is anywhere near $800. Greedy company that obviously doesn't care about people."

He wore covers on his shoes and was careful around the property. He wrote up his report and had it to us the next day. The report was comprehensive and easy to understand as to what needed attention and why. He was informative. He answered questions while he was here and in follow up conversation. He was very responsive. We highly recommend him."
