Bert's Well and Pump Service

Bert's did an excellent job drilling our new well. They cleaned up after the process and were helpful answering questions we had.

Bert's knows pumps! My pump was not developing sufficient discharge pressure and I was pretty sure it needed to be replaced. Instead, Bert gave some attention to areas that needed maintenance and replaced some fittings that were no longer serviceable. The result was a fully operational pump at a price much lower than I expected to pay. Bert's Well and Pump Service has earned my business by treating me right and doing the work right.

Excellent, Burt was able to figure out my problem was from my irrigation system and not from my well or my pump.

So thankful that Bert's understood how critical is was to get my HVAC working. Great help from Tara to cut through permit problems and keep me informed of timeline. Bert made sure the job was done right, reconnected the system, checked everything out , answered questions and stopped by later to make sure system was running properly. Highly recommend this company.

This local company really does attempt to help customers out in a "critical" situation , as well as fitting you in for more routine maintenance issues. (This property is a new home for us, so we are still learning about existing systems and finding people to help out with items.) I called Bert's Well & Irrigation's office Monday morning, explaining that over the weekend the irrigation pump in the garage had started leaking , and that the yard seeding company was going to be coming today or Tuesday to do fall seeding. (Of course ideally for seed germination and young grass growth, it is wonderful to be able to use a yard irrigation system instead of dragging hoses everywhere to water the yard 2-3 times per day for a few weeks.) The receptionist was very nice and said they would try to work us in to their schedule. I sent pictures to her of the leak area of the pump, so that they could be forwarded to the technician (Bert). He fortunately was able to get to us later that morning and immediately wasted no time getting to work and getting it repaired. (no chit chat- identified problem- got job done and was off to next customer.)

Very professional, very interesting operation to watch. It took about 3 hours to drill and install the well and pump. We are very happy.

Bert’s well service is an excellent company. They have serviced our well twice, and both times, were able to fit us in rather quickly, and were very attentive to details of getting our well up and running for our irrigation system. Instead of just saying we need to replace our whole system like another company told us, they were able to diagnose and only replace the parts that were needed, saving us time and money. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing well service.

My elderly Mother lost her well and along with it her only water source. Berts was not only quick to respond but was genuinely concerned for her situation. They moved quickly and professionally to get her a new well and pump in in some less than stellar conditions. Clean efficient and professional, these guys are your best choice for great service.

I was impressed first when I called and talked to Mrs Bullock. She was very knowledgeable with the type of service I was needing. She stated that Mr. Bullock would call and review my needs. He stated that he would evaluate the pump and well for the cause of the problem. His professional was outstanding and after his evaluation he was able to fix my problem. It’s been (3) days now and the pump has maintained pressure and the pump hasn’t started running. I’m very impressed with there service and highly recommend them to anyone needing there help. Bert arrived as promised, provided an estimate, took care of the required permit and completed the work on schedule. Couldn’t ask for better service from him or his sweet office manager, Taraleigh. Highly recommend!

Berts responded to our call for assistance quickly and sent staff to assess problem. The issue was not something they handled but actually called another related business and asked that they send someone to fix the problem. The issue was resolve the same day. Berts exhibited an unusual lever of customer service and represented a concern for customer service even if they did not actually do the work. They even checked to see if everything was addressed. Highly recommend Berts!!!!! Amazing experience.

Fantastic Service. Was told by another well pump service the well needed repair or replacing. Bert's came out diagnosed a much easier fix and had me squared away within an hour!

Totally, spectacular; Bert has extreme knowledge of drilling and building pumps for irrigation systems. In August, Bert and his team drilled my water well and installed the pump. Everything was so professional i wanted to be apart of the process. They place boards on the land to minimize any soil shifting or destroying my property. Genuinely courtesy and respectfully, the characteristics are simply a part of who Bert is. Very responsive and communicative to calls and helping DIY little items. I call for support to install the Rid-O-Rust siphoning system, he gave me step-by-step in how to achieve success. Well needless to say i broke the one-way valve by over tightening. Mr. Bert came immediately to my resident with a replacement part and install it, simply by a call. Bert’s Well and Pump Service is a model example of Angie’s List. Communication is Key and Bert’s Well and Pump Service has that “Key”. It is honestly amazing to see him work effortlessly, a sense of pride and passion for the work and customer sincere satisfaction.
