Description of Work
Mailbox post by the driveway needed total replacement; it was needed immediately; and despite tough conditions of this hot, rainy, muggy August, they showed up and completed the work in their efficient and friendly manner.

Spectacular, professional work. Edwin showed up as requested and gave us a thoughtful, professional, and helpful estimate. Painters arrived early each day and worked with great diligence and care, carefully completing difficult rooms and intricate woodwork. They were careful with household items and finished the work on time (a touch early actually). They cleaned up carefully and the house now looks fresher, cleaner, and, newer!

I called the Company for two days after the No Show. I left a message with my name and phone number. The company never returned my phone call. This was a complete waste of time. It also delayed the start of my project. I don't know how Angie's List gives this unreliable and discourteous Painting Contractor an A Rating. Avoid Chavez Painting. Untrustworthy.

Edwin gave us a complete and accurate estimate, was thorough and easy to work with. He gave clear communication about a reasonable start date. His crew arrived as promised each day and completed a full day's work. Everyone was professional and very easy to work with. We were extremely satisfied with the work that they did.

Power washed exterior Identified and replaced rotted wood siding Primed, painted, and caulked (as appropriate) entire exterior of house including wrap around porch with 2 coats of paint Replaced three sets of wood steps with new boards Stained front porch floor with 2 coats Replaced splintered boards on deck, sanded, and stained deck with 2 coats of stain
