Lee is a master mechanic and his wife runs the front desk. Their son is PJ and he is also equally brilliant with auto mechanics. They are very honest and if they cant fix it, they will refer us to someone we can trust. Their prices are incredibly fair and they have gone above and beyond for us in the past. They are excellent and we would highly recommend them.

They did a fabulous job of getting things back in order. They also got my car ready for a very long road trip. The staff was extremely nice. They really researched the problem and got the A/C going again. They also did a great job of getting my car ready for the road trip. They were extremely pleasant and very responsive, not just relying on the car history I gave them but pulling the history online to make sure I am covered for my trip. I would highly recommend these guys. Super Service!

I called Lee's on a Thursday and made an appointment the following Monday for an oil change and state inspection. I dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m., and was told that it should be ready after lunch. They called at noon to let me know the services and inspection were done. No surprises or delays. It might not sound like much, but I have found it extremely difficult to find a reliable and timely car service repair place within my neighborhood. I found Lee's on Angie's List and decided to give it a try before venturing out to Virginia Beach or Chesapeake for my automotive needs. Based on today's quick and easy transaction, I will be using Lee's in the future and will also recommend them to my friends.

The Jeep was in and out in one day. He offered us two quotes, one was 300 dollars and didn't involve replacing everything, just the visually damaged parts he could see from the caliper jamming but told us that there was a chance that once he took everything off we would need to replace more if there was warping. We felt though that we really should get everything replaced regardless since we wanted no problems in the future and the higher price of 530 was still $250 dollars less then the nearby franchise/chain auto mechanic.

Lee's has consistently been a very reliable, reasonably priced auto service. We don't live near the shop, but even considering the inconvenience, I travel to Lee's because they are that good. We have had brake work done there, engine tuneup work, some minor corrective maintenance (bad engine ignition coils, water pump, etc) and now they were EXTREMELY helpful on the spot reading a check engine code for us. Could not be more pleased with the quality and value of their work. Highly recommend.

Lee's always provides us excellent service that can be trusted. He shows you parts replaced and why replacement was needed. Prices are usually less than dealerships and many other repair shops and I am confident that the work is being done honestly and professionally.

He repaired the problem and started the car. He had my car there all day. I do not know what the problem was but he did not charge me anything. He made sure the car started when I went from there. He was a great guy. He is well versed with his job. The entire staff is very nice and the garage is also clean. Quality of service is tremendous. They got back to me immediately and they stayed back a little late so that I can go and take my car back. I will use them again in the future.

They did a great job. They were really affordable. I spent $80 on the repair. They didn’t recommend unnecessary works. They just did what needed to be done. I will use this company again in the future.

Our '96 Toyota Camry would not start Christmas Day. We tried to jump-start the battery and it worked once the day after Christmas. The next time we tried to start it was the Monday after Christmas. It would not start. I called Lee's Automotive Service on that Monday about 8:15 am and left a voice message. The owner called back about an hour later. The shop was closed for the holiday week, but he said, "What's the problem?" I told him I thought it was a dead battery, and I had called him because he sold the kind of battery I wanted. He suggested I call the emergency road service company which I have a membership in for a jump or a tow and to bring it in. I was not sure if it was the battery, alternator, or what. The gentleman from the auto service tried to jump the car, but it wouldn't start. He suggested it was the starter by the description of the problem, and the way it sounded. Also, my battery had plenty of charge in it. I called Lee's back with this information. He STILL said tow it in. He would check the charging system, and fix whatever it needed and have it ready for me today. He called me with an estimate about an hour and a half after the car was towed in. (The problem was a bad starter.) I was at work, and would not be home before he left for the day. He said "No problem. I'll just park it out front when we're done, lock it up and put the key and receipt under the driver's-side floor mat." I gave him my credit card information over the phone. He finished the car and called me when it was ready. He left the credit card receipt, work order receipt, and key neatly under the floor mat and parked the car right outside in front of his business (just like he said he would) so my son and I could pick it up after I got home from work.
