Description of Work: Rahim painted the interior of my house. He was severely hampered by snow and ice and could not get to my house to finish in a week. I had to call Trogdon to reschedule him to finish work. His work was excellent and he was a pleasure to have at the house. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: We initially had some scheduling confusion, but Jay went out of his way to accommodate me. His employees John & Tim were polite, professional and punctual. They were fast, but efficient. I will definitely be using them again. I was very pleased. They went above & beyond to accommodate us.

Description of Work: Painted 3 rooms (8 hours painting labor). Purchased a deal, had 3 rooms I needed painting, but wasn't sure if they would be able to get to all of them in the allotted time. All rooms were completed beautifully. John was pleasant and professional, and trustworthy - I felt comfortable leaving him alone in my home while I left for a while in the middle of the day. Also Jay stopped by to check on the progress of the work and was also very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Description of Work: I hired one painter for 40 hours. John was pleasant, punctual and did much more than I had anticipated. My only concern was that he did not tape along walls & ceilings, woodwork, etc., so some of the lines between colors are not crisp in a few spots. This is not a major defect and one that I can remedy when I feel like it.

Description of Work: Painting for a day. The job wasn't finished. The painter got here late and then when he saw the job. Spent a lot of time on the phone.. He could have finished at least the hallway. It needed a second coat. Told me to call back for another app.

Description of Work: Painted the doors, shutters & garage door. I had the painter for eight hours. He did an excellent job. He was very nice & courteous!

Description of Work: Jay was very hard to reach. Once I reached him, and get the appt set, things got better. The painter was scheduled to show up at 8 am....showed up at 9. Once we were all fionished, i was satisfied wit the work. Communication throughout the process was the biggest challenge.

Description of Work: We got lucky....he was able to remove the wallpaper in the living and breakfast nook in one day. He was professional and tidy.

Description of Work: Painted ceilings in three bedrooms, hallway and kitchen. Well done - they look beautiful. |I wish someone had told me how they wanted the furniture moved so I could have done that before he came. |Overall, a great experience at a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: Reason for requesting refund: Mr. Trogdon came to my house and took a look at what I wanted to have done. To my surprise, and really because I do not have a lot of previous painting experience, the amount of work he said he could accomplish in the 40 hours was drastically different from what I was hoping for. After thinking about this over the past week, I have decided that I cannot afford to pay this price for the amount of work he would be able to get done in 40 hours. I am going to take on the work myself, and may hire him or another provider to do a small portion that would take far less than 40 hours. Review on the provider: Mr. Trogdon showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional when we spoke. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or hire him in the future.
