It wasn't exactly a favorable experience. The product itself was fine, but I didn't like the interaction. The men that were sent out could speak English, but only spoke to each other in Spanish the entire time. I would've appreciated them respecting that I speak English and couldn't understand what they were saying to each other while they were working in my home.

Saheed and the crew at Sav-On always do great work. I had three layers to remove. Carpet, pad and old stick on carpet the had to be scraped off the floor before the new carpet could be installed. The three man crew called to let me know when they would be coming and once they arrived, worked super hard to get the job done. They vacuumed after the install and cleaned up everything real nice. i have used Sav-On Floor several times and they're always prompt and do great work.

3 installers came for a small job, The installer (experienced) to me left the 2 other inexperienced workers to complete job. Many of the wood pieces were damaged, floor is not "tight" Owner did not respond or ever look at the finished installation. Never will I use them again.

3 men showed up on schedule, Lead man left 2 inexperienced men to do the job. The installer damaged the edges of the flooring from improper installation technique(manufacturers rep). Floor is not straight when looking from flooring of adjacent room. Finish of some boards was inferior and should not have been installed. In the past the owner would come and inspect work of subcontractors. This did not happen even with several phone calls to Saaed. The cartons of flooring were picked up and placed against the freshly painted wall marking the finish and needing to be re-painted. The left over wood including scraps were scatted all over the garage several emails to Saeed went unanswered. Never will i use them again

The same crew that did your floors the first time, also did it this time. The main installer did only take a lunch break while his helpers were on the job. We did come and inspected the floors after you brought up your concern, and we immediately showed up and took care of the issue. We did not receive emails from you and we did not ignore your calls. It appears that as you had mentioned you will give us bad rating if we did not give you discount! Customer satisfaction has been our top priority and our records show 97% satisfaction. We regret that you were not among the satisfied customers of ours."

1st rate service from purchase to final installation. The people are very knowledgeable about all flooring products and were very helpful with our product selection. Definitely not the big box store approach. SAHEED was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. We shopped there near closing on a Saturday and he followed us home after the store closed to measure our home for flooring right after we left the store. Couldn't ask for quicker service. Installation went perfectly as planned . Sav-On Floors did the 1st floor in 1 day. Allowed us time to regroup our stuff then came back 2 weeks later and did the second floor (hallway and 4 bedrooms) with the same engineered hardwood. This flooring project included vinyl flooring in our good size kitchen and carpeting in our office and the staircase to the second level. The entire project was amazingly completed in just 2 days. Hats off to SAHEED and his team for a great flooring experience. Thank You.

We solicited multiple estimates before choosing this contractor. They came in, measured and eventually delivered the product to our home. Days later, as agreed, they returned to install it. After removing the existing floor in all three rooms, they told me that they miscalculated the measurements by almost 20%, apologized and asked us to pay the difference. Given that their estimate was a defining reason for choosing them over others, we agreed to pay what we thought was fair which was the actual cost for the remaining floor to be ordered. I asked for his actual materials cost however when I went to validate it with third party vendors in the same business, there was a significant discrepancy. After a high pressure argumentative conversation with the sales person, I ultimately paid the fair market value (as determined by a wholesaler in the business) for the wood. The second installer that came to finish the job, did so while spending 90% of his time on his phone.
I recommend that if that happens to you, make the contractor stick to their original estimate. In the end, the cost savings were negated when compared to the next best estimate.
Responsiveness to any emerging issues (should there be any on the current install) will determine if we would ever use this provider again. Until then, we are undecided.

"We would like to add that [member name removed] left out the fact that the reason for our estimate was lower than others, was due to an error we made by not including one of the rooms, in his total, even though it was included on the estimate worksheets along with the floor plan. This was explained to him as an honest mistake and we believe he understood. This error resulted in a material shortage at the time of installation which brought up the discussion. Obviously, we apologized and offered to rectify the situation by ordering the remaining material at our cost. We tried our best and we feel it was reasonable given the above facts. On another note, we strongly recommend our customers to never choose a contractor over a price difference only, but overall rating."

They were on Angie's List. The owner was very courteous and professional. Everything was good and perfect. It was expensive. They were reliable. I spoke to three companies and they were the least expensive.

Sav-On Floors does an excellent job! Mansor, the rep who performs the estimates is very knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed by his customer service. I really appreciated his suggestions to ensure we selected the right material and colors. He took his time going through the various items and did not pressure us to purchase. The installers arrived on time, were very professional, and do very nice work. We are very pleased with our floors.

Sav-On-Floors was recommended to me by a colleague, who was very happy with the wood floors they installed in his home. After much shopping around town, I realized just how expensive it was to install wood flooring and decided to have carpet installed instead. Sav-On-Floors was able to match the carpet I had in the hallway and in the rest of the house. (Yes, that is because it's one of those cheaper kind of ubiquitous carpets seen in most newer homes.) The technicians arrived on time, were courteous, worked fast, and did a nice job. However, a day or so later I noticed a bubble in the carpet near the area where it connected to the old carpet. Sav-On-Floors sent their technicians back out the following day and, after stretching the carpet out a bit more, the problem was solved. They wanted to ensure they had a happy customer, and they succeeded. The carpet still looks and FEELS great! I recommend getting thick padding under the carpet, it makes a HUGE difference.

The installers, Santos and Marvin, did a great job with laying the Duraceramic Congoleum tiles in our kitchen and hallway. They were both very detail oriented and were accommodating if I saw that something needed to be corrected. They had a definite pride of their workmanship and I would highly recommend them for any tile installation. They cleaned up after themselves when the job is done.
Our salesperson, Mansoor, was a pleasure to work with since he gave you a good understanding of the process of tile installation and a great understanding of the products available. He was very polite and able to explain how they arrive at their final numbers.

Mansoor, the rep for the company, showed up on time with samples and seemed knowledgeable about their line of products and work involved in competing project. I was pleased with the estimate and decided to install tiles for two bathrooms instead of one I had originally planned. Mansoor promised to call back with a date for installing the tiles which he did promptly. We set a date for the service with an arrival time-frame of 7:30 - 9:00 am. I was pleasantly surprised when the workmen (two) showed up around 7:40 am. The team set to work immediately, tearing up the old flooring and installing new sub floors and the new tiles for the two bathrooms (this involved removing and replacing the toilets after installing the new floor tiles, replacing the baseboards) They were efficient, professional and seemed to know their job well. They worked without disruption and completed the project in good time. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I am very pleased with this company and provided I get a good deal, will most certainly hire them again to install hardwood floors. I would recommend this company to friends and family without hesitation.

If you need flooring from someone who will take time to understand and exceed your expectations, Sav On Floors is the place.
We looked for hardwood at several local retailers, and none of them came close to providing the personal service that we received from Sav On Floors. We also interviewed several local contractors to discuss our project. Sav On Floors offered us a very fair price and a much faster installation turn around.
The installers arrived promptly and worked diligently to remove ceramic tile in our kitchen, adjoining family room, and hallway. They did a great job protecting our home throughout the tile demolition and hardwood installation. One of the installers, Michael, exceeded our expectations by replacing a water filter line on the refrigerator that had a slow leak he discovered when moving the refrigerator. Michael also took time to install new molding around our countertop?s appliance garage which perfectly matched our cabinets and countertops.
Against the advice of Mansoor, we initially ordered a wood selection that upon delivery to our home we did not like. It was a beautiful wood but not the right color. We accepted responsibility for our poor selection, agreed to pay the restocking fee, and ordered the original selection that was recommended by Mansoor. We absolutely love our new hardwood floors as they complement our home extremely well!
In hindsight, we could have saved ourselves a lot of time if we had ordered our flooring from Sav On Floors instead of shopping around for approximately 4 months. We also could have avoided a 2 week delay in our project if we had listed to Mansoor?s original flooring recommendation. He and the staff are truly experts in all aspects of flooring. We are delighted with their service and will definitely use them again in the future!

The whole experience was GREAT!!! We stopped in their store one evening and were immediately greeted by Mansoor. He was very professional and showed an appreciation for our budget. It was refreshing to be showed tiles that were the best value for us with no high pressure. We also worked with Saeed who helped us finalize the quotation and schedule the start of our install. He was also very professional and eager to ensure he provided us the best service. We were excited when the tile and installer showed up with in a few days. They described their tile install guy as "an artist" and its so true. He made our previously plain master bathroom look awesome! Also important was that they worked neatly. Tiling can make a mess with all of the mastic, tile cutting dust, and grout. When they were done at the end of each day, they left it so neat that you couldn't tell they were there.
Overall I could not have asked for a better experience. From the minute I walked in their store I knew these were the people I wanted to work with. Shopped around at a few other places and genuinely only felt comfortable here.

Sav-On Floors is one of the only flooring stores in the area that will sell remnants and bind the edges. They had ample samples in their warehouse and were also happy to show us samples that could be custom cut. The sales associates were friendly and accommodating and not pushy at all. They showed us samples that would fit any budget.
