Called company on Saturday and was informed that the plumber could come between 1 and 6. He called about 2:30 and arrived at 3 pm. He promptly found the leak and put a temporary patch on the pipe until we could remove 2 kitchen cabinets. Returned Monday morning and completed the repair. Actually replaced a much longer section of pipe that where the leak was per our request. Cleaned up and removed debris. The best thing was that there was no additional charge for emergency service.

They always sent out a good qualified plumber. I also called them for emergency service and they were able to get out and correct the problem quickly.

They were able to fix a clog that another plumber was unable to fix. The representative was nice, polite and punctual. He did a good job. He offered to replace my garbage disposal and install a new faucet, which he did. I was very happy with the work that was done; however, later I checked the prices I was charged for the garbage disposal and the faucet and they were very high.

We are very satisfied with the service we got from My Plumber. They really send a technician the same day! Joseph was not familiar with our particular system (Grohe thermostat shower system) but put a lot of effort and creativity into learning the system and solving the problem despite a lack of replacement parts. The shower works perfectly again!

He then checked the toilet and sink in the bathroom. He indicated that there were two options for the toilet due to the location of the leak... one being to install a new toilet and the other is to dismantle the existing toilet to fix the leak. He said he would give me an estimate of both options. When he returned with the cost, I chose just fixing the leak in the existing toilet. All work was completed in approximately 4 hours.

My Plumber is the best plumbing service yet. Their prices are very reasonable and they were very courteous and professional. They even fixed an additional problem with my kitchen sink at no additional charge. They are really great. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I thought this was a tricky job and first one guy came in and he had to come back with another guy because it was so complicated. They had to go into the framing to get to where the leak was happening. They had a very good price for the quality of their work.
