Mr. Joseph Kielar is an extraordinarly competant and skilled plumber. He has done several repairs for us in the past. He is with My Plumber. I can't speak for any of their other technicians. Since we found Joseph he is the only plumber we would ever use - even if we would have to wait. He always gets right to the cause of the problem and knows exactly how to take care of it. He is very tidy and never leaves a mess. He even uses those shoe covers when he comes in. We would recommend him with ultimate confidence. I am also a real estate agent and have recommended him to many of my clients.

Most importantly they come when they say they are coming! They are always polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I’ve used them before and will continue to use them in the future.

I was in a jam and was willing to pay whatever it took to get everything repaired, however I was not too shocked with the price. They came out right when we called which was great. I would definitely use them again in the future as long as their prices have not gone up.

I called My Plumber for an evaluation of my hot water heater. They came out the next day. They were able to install the water heater the same day they came out for the estimate. The work was done well. All the fittings and joints were soldered well and no leaks. The cost is what I have an issue with. It is my fault for not researching more but I didn't want to get charged the $80 for the estimate. If the work was done that day they wave the estimate. A bit of pressure but in the long run it was done well all be it expensive. Calling other plumbers later and looking at local home centers it seems that $1155.45 is very expensive for a water heater with a 6 year warranty. My Plumber also had a warranty on the labor for 6 years which no others included but I don't see it offsetting the price. Calling other plumbers I found that it could have been completed for $900 and about $60 for the expansion take and a few more dollars for the extra fittings and a drip pan. This job was a trade off between getting it done immediately or waiting another week or so with intermittent hot water. If the issue needs an immediate response My Plumber will be fast and through but you will pay a bit more for the quick response.

They were very orderly and on time. They are a bit expensive and they did a good job. They put grass seed and hay over the area they dug up so it would grow back. They do need to come back out to snake one more drain for me and they said they are not going to charge me.

They did a mediocre work and I think the price was pretty astronomical. I would probably not use them again. They showed up on time and did the work, but the quality of their work was very bad.

He finished the work very quickly. He was responsive, punctual and the quality of his work was very good. His price was a bit on the higher side. I was satisfied with his service.

About 2 years after they installed the icemaker, the copper tubing used to hook up to the refrigerator pulled out from the icemaker. When they came to fix it, they said whoever had installed the tubing didn't use enough. Then they charged me because they had to come out on a Saturday, but said if I called customer service on Monday I could get a refund. However, when I called Monday I was blown off. I got passed off and calls not returned and people trying to tell me it was out of warranty. I finally had to email the Vice President of the company and he only agreed to give me half my money back. They show up when they say they're going to show up and their prices are fair. However, you shouldn't have to pay for them to come and fix their own mistake.

The service was good. They come out when they say they will. I had an incident where they came out to do something in a rental property. They didn't fix it right and they came out and redid it free of charge. They made good on it.

I have used the company for many years. They are always very prompt, professional, responsive, punctual and their personality is generally very nice. They are also very clean. They always clean up after themselves. They charge a flat rate. They don't charge extra for Saturdays or weekends. I think that is why I use them. I think they are guaranteed within 24 hours and I have never hand any problems with that.

December 30, my house filled with company and my husband out of town the garbage disposal stopped working and water was spraying from the pipe below. I called a couple companies, but My Plumber was the only company that would come out the same day. The repairman came with in a hour of the time given, after getting lost and being angry on the phone that he got lost. He looked under the sink, and said yep I needed a new disposal. When asked the price, he said he would have to look it up in his book- they have standard pricing for everything. He gave me a price of $500+ but then did not have the correct disposal so had to upgrade to the next level. $680 ended up being the final price! I thought it was high but didn't have much of a choice at the time. The work was completed, the grumpy guy left and I cleaned up the mess. Don't make My Plumber your plumber! I won't again!

We left another plumber because we had an expensive designer toilet that came with the house. When it needed repair it was going to be around $350 to fix it. The guy came out said to forget it we would do something else. He wrote a ticket for the visit and said he would come back on his own time for $250. I don't do business like that. It wasn't the companies fault it was more about the individual. It wasn't My Plumber's fault. I am not going to hire a guy that is stiffing his company. The company itself was fine in general. They sent someone out quickly.

This guy came out and said I had a leak in the ceiling. In order to find the leak, he told me he would charge me $260 to cut a hole in the ceiling. If I used him, he said he would apply the money to the cost of the job. If not, it would cost $260 to just look. I went with a different plumber that charged $150 for the complete job.

After working on the kitchen faucet for a few minutes the repairman determined that another $157 was needed to fix the faucet, bringing the total bill to $783. He repaired both items in about an hour and went on his way. He explained that they set prices according to a "book" rather than by the hour. By my calculation, this worked out to $783 an hour for a plumber. We will not use them again.
