I'm not satisfied with their service, but sometimes I have to go to them because there might be a computer problem with the car. If I need to go to them I have to. They just overcharge on everything. They had charged me $40 once to install a battery. I thought that was very unreasonable. Some people would just install the battery for free. I would reluctantly use them again.
