No hard sales. Owner Roy is very well versed with his product, the Drop Soft water system. He worked with his 2 sons who were well trained in their department. Casey taught me how to use the digital Drop Connect to monitor the system. Itâ s a great app to have to monitor the soft water system and water leaks. I give this company 5 stars.

Harvie Water Solutions was the second service I called. (The first service I called, I found on a web search--I was very unhappy with the price and the fact that they really didn't seem to care about my needs more than they cared about gouging me on their product). Roy at HWS was very professional, and I could tell that he cared about the job he did, as well as making sure the system they recommended fit with my needs. They did an amazing job, and the work was top notch. The price was also well within what I'd expecting the system would cost. Thanks guys!

After making couple of calls to different people. I decided to go with Harvie and I am happy for that. Very nice and professional. Explained everything and gave quote upfront so no surprises. Roy installed both Softener and water filtration systems and I can see the difference within 2 to 3 days (took sometime to flush existing water in heater). I highly recommend Roy for your water filtration systems based on my experience

Initially I called him for an estimate and he provided me with a reasonable quote for installing a water softener for my townhouse. We agreed to hire him and he did the work very well and we were very pleased with his work. I hardly write reviews, but I was very happy with his work. He is polite, professional and knows his work(which is very important). He gave us tips on how to maintain the water softener and I will definitely recommend him and call him back if necessary.
