I recently did a home remodel, which included installing hardwood floors. JCM came highly recommended by one of my friends, so I contacted them for an estimate. Marlon came out very soon after I contacted him, was early to the appointment, took measurements, and gave me a quote the same day. He answered all of my questions and was very responsive. I used reclaimed maple hardwood and they had no issues installing it (and were very selective in which pieces they used). The floors were sanded down and they put down sample stains so I could see what the finish would look like on the actual floor. Marlon’s crew was amazing. They were kind and did an excellent job. Marlon worked with me on the details (like what type of trim piece to put on the threshold - showing me the actual options so I could visualize what it would look like) and was very helpful with all of my questions. Marlon and his crew are outstanding! They resurfaced our hardwood floors, installed new hardwood in our family room, and we were so impressed that we called them back to add hardwood to our stairs. Their pricing was very reasonable, the work was completed on schedule, and the team was professional, skilled, and knowledgeable throughout.

JCM was about the most professional and dependable company we have worked with. They were timely from beginning to end of our floor refinishing project. Their workmanship was superb. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to have their wood floors refinished.

They did a fantastic job. My only complaint was with the amount of dust from the sanding which we needed to clean every room - even the ones not near the work.

Marlon and his crew were very professional. He was very responsive during the estimate and scheduling process. He was very helpful in helping us decide on the stain, giving us a sample in house and having the weekend to think it over. The work was done fairly quickly and seems to be quality work. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Good price and service

Marlon and his staff are fantastic. We had a very small hardwood replacement project in our foyer which they did not shy away from. Very fast, professional process from the estimate to the installation. Great work and price!

Professional experience from start to finish. JCM had previously installed a few rooms of flooring as a subcontractor for us. For this much larger install (2400 sqft) I called Marlon directly. He came out for a free estimate and provided a clear statement of work with both customer responsibilities and contractor responsibilities with no gray areas. The price was far better than the others who did estimates for us. We knew what we wanted from our wood selection already and provided him the skus. His estimate included exactly how much we needed to order AND the appropriate skus and quantity for trim pieces, transitions, underlayment, quarter round, etc. The estimate also included moving furniture in all of the rooms (King sized beds, solid wood dressers, piano, bunk beds, etc) and was still half the price of other estimates. The best part is, Marlon came out about after the material was delivered to inspect, looked at the quarter round we were delivered and informed us he had a supplier with much better quality, and already primed and painted that was $600 cheaper than the big boxes in the area. The work crew showed up on time, worked diligently throughout the day and finished the 2400 sq ft in 2 days. We have no carpet remaining in our house. The only work left to be done is to refinished the oak floors in the entry way and we will 100% hire JCM for that as well.

By far the best company around. Spoke with Raul he informed me of the job that would take 2 days, he an the boys got it done in 1, there fast, they communicate, very very pleased to work with them and would highly recommend them for any floor job.

They worked fast, covered all common areas with a thin plastic, and applied 2 coats. I did not give them 5 because one of the workers dump all the sanding dust on my flower beds.

Marlon was very profesional and provide honest feedback on what had to be done to complete the project. Was updated throughout the project on what was happening daily. Work was completed in a profesional manner and high quality work. Definitely will recommend to anyone I know that needs refinishing done. Great management and the crew that completed the project was very polite and courteous.

I was absolutely blown away by Marlon and his team. Marlon was always quick to respond and able to work around some difficulties with trying to get measurements when I hadn't closed on my house yet. The team was courteous and on time and boy did they come to work. My floors look absolutely brand new and they finished a day early! They took the time to cover everything before the project and also clean up nicely once it was done. They also went the extra mile and added additional shoe molding in a room they didn't even work on just so it would match! I also apparently had some water damage to part of the floor and Marlon fixed it perfectly without a problem. I would absolutely recommend Marlon and his team to anyone who wants an absolutely fabulous job done at an even more fabulous price. I could not be happier with the outcome of the project!

Marlon was absolutely expert in dealing with us for our project. He had great communication throughout the process and when he said something was going to happen, it did. The crew who installed the wood flooring was superb. They worked harder than any group I have ever had do a project. They were all personable and quick to respond or fix anything I questioned. The end result is an amazing wood floor that we will be proud of for years to come. These guys are the BEST!
