Fire Damage Renovation

This home was built in 1949, it had a fire that created significant structural and smoke damage. We gutted it down to the studs, cleaned and encapsulated every surface to address the smoke odor, brought everything up to code and put it back together with new features and amenities bringing the home up to date. Now its better than it was before.
