Steve from Brake Masters was great. He replaced my front and rear brake pads on my Toyota Sienna with genuine OEM parts. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was prompt and came out the same day that I called. I would highly recommend him.

Steve was very personable, professional and responsive. Provided estimate prior to arrival. Gave great advice regarding prior issue with other mobile service. Replaced all brake pads with OEM. Was on time and quick with work needed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This service is AWESOME! Steve was very responsive and answered all my questions. His price and lower than 2 of the quotes I received. He was able to schedule my appointment the day after my call and at a time that was convenient for me. He came on a Saturday, while it was snowing and worked in my driveway to replace my brakes and rotors. He only uses OEM parts. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Steve. He will make sure you are 100% happy with his work, I am 110% happy. Will definitely use his service again when I need brake work done.

Gotta say Steve and Brake Masters - AWESOME!! Called in the morning and he was out by noon to the house and done by 12:45. They use only the primo product and none of that knock off stuff that most of the chain service companies use. At a better price! I will never sit in another service lounge for brakes again. I can't say enough good things - AAAAAAplus .

I had never been happy with the brake pads that came on my 2010 Acura RDX so when the time came to replace them, I did not want to have Acura replace them with the same pads. I saw the reviews on Brake Masters and decided to give them a call. I called them on Thursday afternoon and Steve answered. I explained the issues I had with the Acura pads and he assured me that he could take care of my issues, explained what I needed and gave me an estimate. We arranged to have the work done on Friday. He came to my house, replaced all 4 pads with ceramic pads and was done in about 30 minutes. Steve was very knowledgeable and could easily explain how the brakes and pads worked. He told me that I would love my car again with these new pads! He followed up with me the next day to make sure that the new pads had taken care of my issues. It has now been several weeks and he was right that I l love my car again. I highly recommend Brake Masters - for their knowledge, expertise, professionalism, promptness, convenience and reasonable fees!

Super service, fantastic work, and a great job. I will be using his service for future brake work with all of our cars. Even better, he comes to you to do the work. Ordinarily you'd think that it would be more money for a service to come to you, but not Steve. The work he did, would have easily been double at my dealership and Steve is honest about what needs to be done and doesn't recommend work that doesn't need to be done at the time. He is honest, punctual and quick in the work he did for me. He completed the job in less than an hour, did a test drive to make sure all was right with the job just completed. Highly recommend Brake Masters. The reviews say it all. He knows cars and especially brakes.

We are a Mobile Brake Repair Service that has been serving our Northern VA neighbors since 1987. I appreciate the review but I (brakemasters.net) did not perform your brake repair. I have combed through my computer records and even searched for a hard copy of the repairs and it does not exist. You reside in Yoakum, TX where there is another Brake Masters repair shop (brakemasters.com), which we are not affiliated with. Angie's List has informed me that they have tried several times to contact you to address this issue but they did not receive a response back. They suggested that I write a public comment to let you and my customers know that you mistakenly got my company (brakemaster.net) in Fairfax, VA mixed up with the company that did your repairs in Yoakum, TX (brakemasters.com). Called when he was done with the front....said that he looked at the rear and they were actually in worse shape than the front....so I decided to have him go ahead and take care of the rear as well....was given a discount for it instead of having to just have them come out again....we've had the rig for close to 3 years and have had no brake work done it till now....doesnt really surprise me.

Front rotors and pads replaced. _x000D_|_x000D_|I found Brake Masters Mobile through a search on Google, who offered mobile brake services and verified them on Angie's List. I called Steve (owner) for a quote and he immediately picked up to discuss a quote and his availability. His quote was approx $100 below the dealership and a little above another mechanic shop; however, I chose Brake Masters Mobile and I feel very happy and now safe (with my new brakes) that I went with them._x000D_|_x000D_|Steve performed the work himself. He is very knowledgable, professional, courteous, and didn't mind me asking a million questions as he was doing the work. From start to finish, the whole process was 40-45 mins and he came to meet me at a location in nova. _x000D_|_x000D_|I now feel safer because he installed ceramic brakes (no extra charge), which are better than the ones I had on. _x000D_|_x000D_|I also paid exactly what the quote was, no funny surprises._x000D_|_x000D_|Highly recommend!!

Steve was great: prompt, courteous and professional, and over $300 less than the dealer quoted for the job. He showed me where a screw had been missing from one of the brakes and pointed out that the last set installed were not OEM. When I mentioned that I might need new rear brakes on my car (according to a different dealer), Steve volunteered to take a look and showed me what i suspected: the pads still had plenty of life - saving me close to $1K for now.

This is the second time that I have used Steve's service. Both times he came very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable and courtesous. Steve inspires great confidence in his workmanship and the materials he uses. I also saved money on the brake service over another auto shop's estimate. Finally, Steve spent a considerable amount of time going over an estimate I received from an auto shop and enlighted me on which of the items on the estimate might be real and which were clearly bogus 'upsells." I highly recommend Steve for any brake related work. He is just a great guy, and it is so convenient. .

Frankly, they came to us. They gave us a good price and got the job done in a very short amount of time. We have locking lug nuts on our tires and somehow the unlocking device wasn't there so he went back to his shop to get something that would work; that was pretty nice. It was just about the same price as what we were quoted at another place.
