Overall, Mo and his team were great. He responded quickly and fixed my stacked full size washing machine and dryer in record time. I later noticed, however, that my wood floors were damaged, probably when the dryer was was removed from on top of the machine and set down on the floor.

ACE Appliance responded quickly to my request for service and was able to complete my ice maker repair within a couple days as soon as the parts arrived. I would use them again.

This company WAS AMAZING!!! Wow!!! I can NOT encourage all of you enough to hire this guy. We got two quotes from other companies prior to finding this company and all the others were nightmares. He was so beyond helpful and kind. He even called to make sure he had all appliance codes correct prior to ordering the parts we needed. He went beyond the extra mile of a normal company and that speaks volumes in and of itself! I promise you won’t regret trusting and hiring this guy. He’s honest, fair, and helped to work around our budget. I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work and dedication!!

Very prompt and quality service. Was willing to come on a Sunday to help us with a problem we were having with our stove. Came back with a replacement part on Monday to make the quick fix. Would happily hire him again should we have any other problems with any of our appliances in the future.
