Westers Professional Services did an outstanding job for us. Our initial consultation was for renewing all of the landscape bedding around our house, both front and back. As we discussed the work, we also discussed a power washi and stain on our back deck. We received a 2 part quote - 1 for the yard work, 1 for the deck. Each was very reasonable and we hired them for both. We discussed the timeframe to finish and they started promptly within 2 days. During their work, they kept our yard tidy and neat and kept us informed of anything they noted as they were doing work. The finished work is beyond our expectations and we couldn't be happier. I'd gladly recommend Wester Professional Services for anything they can accomplish. Justin and his staff are genuinely nice people, very professional, and communicate well. Def 5*s.

I had my driveway resealed. It had not been done since it was installed about 6 years ago and was not in good shape. They ended up filling cracks and sealing with about three coats. I have had so many positive comments from people who pass by thinking I had a new driveway installed. Customer service is outstanding. I had a great experience with hiring Westers Professional Services to patch, seal, and repair my asphalt driveway. (1) Professionalism - I have hired residential contractors in the past for a variety of projects and it has been difficult for me to find contractors who is prompt, communicative, and professional. But Justin at Westers Professional Services is as professional as a contractor can be. He regularly communicated with me via text and phone. He always arrived on time. It is difficult planning to seal a driveway with summer rainstorms. But he was very good with working with the weather patterns and my schedule to find a time that worked. (2) Quality - My driveway looks brand new. Justin uses the highest quality materials and it shows. Very happy with the work he did. His workers are very good at what they do. (3) Price - The price was competitive with all of the bids I received. Justin worked within my budget and was not pushy or demanding. Westers' bid was not the lowest, but was still within a couple hundred of the lowest bid. You pay for what you get. Ther's a reason why the reviews for Westers are so solid. The lowest bid is not always the best value. Would highly recommend Westers and will use them again for future projects.

I have a 16' X 70' driveway installed 26 years ago and I never resealed it. I took it for granted until I suddenly noticed over 32 spider cracks which also seemed to be widening enough to become a serious issue this coming winter with water freezing in the gaps. Wester's Professional Services explained the process to salvage my driveway. It involved multiple visits to hand patch, allow to dry then re patch and finally applying 2 coats of premium quality seal coat over several days. What they did worked beautifully and my driveway looks brand new. Cracks gone! Very pleased with their quality, service and knowledge. No frills, no up-sell, just results! I might add the driveway when installed was a quality job with a good base otherwise it would not have lasted this long or responded as well to Wester's great work!
