They pulled out the nail and plugged the hole promptly, inexpensively, and courteously.

Started fine. Then I got a call saying they found something and it needed to be repaired. Okay fix it. Then another call saying pretty much the same thing. Okay if I need it fix it. One more call, and this really cost some money, and I really have to have it done. Since I had already spent way more than the job was supposed to be and was completely tapped out, I told him no. He tells me how much and what part(s) he'll need. I said I'll take the truck the way it is. He tells me it won't drive without this repair/part. I explain to him that I've spent all i can and I will come pick up the truck. A few hours later my truck was ready. And didn't seem to have any major issues, minor ones either. I've had it back for months and it's driving like new. I really believe these guys, shop manager first off, saw how much money was being tossed around and decided to get what they could.

They always do good job.   They are very efficient and fairly priced.  I have been using them for a while and will continue to do so.

My tire pressure sensor system had malfunctioned and continually indicated low pressure.  Replacement tire sensors are expensive at $100-150 per sensor , plus labor.  My local tire installation company attempted a free reset, but suggested I go elsewhere because of the nature of the problem and lack of compatible sensors. So I asked Bob's to take a look. I expected a bill for the replacement of a sensor.  Basically, Bob's checked all sensors and then performed a reset.  Cost was based on hourly labor rate. It was done quickly.  
I've also used Bob's for wheel alignment work, and they are very good, way cheaper than the dealer.  These guys give you options. Unfortunately, most dealers are in the business of "selling" service.  I suspect that if I'd gone to the dealer I'd have paid closer to $200.00. I feel like Bob's gives you what is necessary.  
When buying tires, I always go elsewhere, simply because I can get them cheaper.  But for other work, Bob's is great.

The only problem was the length of time for the service. I had an appointment at 9 am but I did not get out of there until around 12 pm. I'm not sure the appointment time meant much but I guess it gets you in the door that day. I would suggest that they give you an approximate wait time (as I did have to wait for my truck, could not drop it off) given your appointment time and the service being provided. Over all they had a very good price so I can not complain too much.

Very late in the day, near closing when I came in with a leaking tire. Bob"s  folks quickly  took care of the tire  with a smile and  no issues with the lateness of the day. They also have inspected my vehicles on the past and I will purchase tires from them  when the need arises later this year or early next year.

Whenever I need tires or wheel related work I give Bob's a call.  I can always count on their honesty and professionalism.

I used to go to Bob's Wheel Alignment for most of my car service needs and repairs.  Some friends recommended them.  At first they seemed honest and competent.  However, things seemed to go down hill after awhile.  The first incident -  I went in for standard service/oil change.  But, after driving away, i checked the oil (I always do) and it was just as black as when i went in.  I went back and showed them and they came up with some lame excuse that the oil was probably really dirty to begin with and when they put new oil in it got black right away.  The owner knew I could tell he was lying and quickly offered to put new oil in.  It was clear the second time around.  
The final straw was when i took my Ford Escort in for its 60000 mile service in which they were to replace the timing belt, spark plugs, other belts and hoses.  Cost over $1000.  After driving it home i lifted the hood and saw that there did not seem to be any smudge marks, spilled oil, wiped off dust or anything that would indicate it had been worked on.  I attempted to check things like spark plugs or the timing belt, but i needed special tools to get at them, so had to give up.  Can't say for sure if they worked on it, but usually that much work on an engine leaves tell tale signs of grease smudges, fingerprints, etc.  That was around 2002 or 2003.  Never went back since.  Back then, they were in a small garage.  In the last few years they have really taken off in business and have a big new building and lots of local advertising.  I recently saw the owner driving a BMW or Mercedes.  Well, good for him.

They are excellent and very good. I used them month a half ago and it cost about $120. They are the best in town for very well in bouncing.

It went fantastic and the office staff are friendly. They initially told me it would take a half an hour but it took 10 minutes. The shop is nice and clean the place is great. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine.

Fixing the AC was the bulk of the cost, as the radiator had to be replaced. Overall the experience was very good, but they were not able to replicate the problem with the hard start. I had to take the car to a dealership to determine the cause of that problem. I will use this service again as they are prompt and professional.

They did excellent work at a fair price.  They seem to do a much better job of balancing tires than do the retail tire dealers.  They treat your vehicle with respect and keep it clean.   There were no surprises or overruns in pricing.  They are honest and very capable.

They are a family owned business and they are accommodating. Their prices are also very reasonable.

The service at Bob's Wheel Allignment is always excellent, the prices are mostly fair, service is prompt, and I feel that overall they are an honest company. The owner is a man of integrity and I believe his employees are as well. I am very pleased with this company!
