The crew did a great job finishing our large basement. All the workers were clean, professional and courteous. However, I was very disappointed in the end with how they nickel and dimmed me after the project was completed on several items. I?m especially upset about how they charged me for closing out of the sump pump area which was in the scope of the original contract and drawn on all of my permit drawings. I even had blue tape around that section before the framing began. The company gave me a partial refund for the work done to frame the sump pump room but I still feel I should never have been charged for something that was in the scope of the original project. I spent $32,000 to finish the basement and they left me with a bad taste in the end over $250. To be fair, they are doing work to make money and to make a living, They have a right to charge me for extra work and I was willing to pay for the work but they should not have charged me for work that was already agreed upon. My recommendation is to get everything listed inside a contract including detailed drawings, list of materials (including new items you add), and don?t believe any verbal agreements they give you such as ?I will help you out?I will do that for you, no problem?.

We had a basement bedroom and bathroom we wanted finished. Sal and his crew did an outstanding job! The bedroom and bathroom look amazing! We were impressed with how quickly the job was completed and how clean his crew was. Sal was always available to address any questions/concerns/changes. Sal will be my first call for my next projects.

Recently finished my 1500 Sq. Ft. basement which included a Rec-room, bedroom, full bathroom and storage. Presicion Construction Company, LLC did an outstanding job and I am very pleased with the final outcome. Salvador and his crew are professional and quite responsive throughout the project. I am glad I selected them out of the 5 companies I was considering. Thank you for a job well done!

My husband and I purchased a house with an unfinished basement (huge space). Sal and his team worked so hard everyday making sure it would come out perfect. And it did! We also had a bathroom installed in the basement and that came out beautiful too. Amazing tile work! Very easy to work with, I would highly recommend!

Due to the responsive attitude, the workmanship, attention to detail and the care taken I would say I am more than 100% satisfied and at the end of the process, finished on time and on budget, I now have a bathroom which, by far, exceeded my expectations

He and his crew are dependable, reliable, punctual, trustworthy, honest, perfectionist, responsive, listens and suggests better ways to perform the work, pays great attention to detail, crew clean up after themselves, very aware they are in your home tidying after each chore, answers very promptly whether by cell, text, or email. He works on every one of the homes I list on the market, great work. Can't say enough about him and his Crew. Fantastic!! I finally found a company I can rely on completely leaving him the house and the keys until all jobs are finished!! And always in a timely manner.

Very satisfied with the kitchen remodeling he did. He pays great attention to detail. I would highly recommend him.

He does outstanding work and is responsive. He is very aware that he's working in someone's home and takes care to be tidy and clean up after himself. He is just great.
