 + -1 moreThey did a really good job (I gave him extra money because it was such a big job) but they did not come when scheduled to come. They would work a while and leave with no explantion and not come back for a couple of days. It took a week to do a one day job. They were supposed to trim a tree and do some other odd jobs but they never came back and never called.
Description of Work: Washed my siding and front porch.

 + -1 moreHe asked for half of the $5,192.00 up front. After he started the job he said he had to have $600.00 to pay his men. He came back a few days later and said he needed another $300 to pay his men. The men walked off the job because he did not pay them even after he asked me for the money. The men never started the job until 11:00am. When I asked why so late, they said that the boss wanted them to wait until he got there. Since I work out of town, I left with the idea that he would finish the job. It has been a week and I called home and found that the last of the work has still not been done. I was going to mail him a check for the remainder but now I don't think I can. The workmen did an excellent job of what they did but they did not get to finish.
Description of Work: The house is about 1300 square feet. It does have add ons that complicate things. After getting started, it was found that the roof had water damage and had to have some work done to fix that. I was to pay extra for this material. They did an excellent job on fixing this. There was a small 8 x 6 porch on the front that he was to fix. We bought all of the material that he asked for and he was going to put roofing material, shingles, over it. It has not been done either.
