M.C. Fence and Deck

Mike and his crew did a great job. Mike came out and measured, got a quote, then set a date. Fence looks great, solid as a rock.

County mandates perimeter fencing. We used MC Fence and Deck for a 1200sf Trex deck and 1200sf patio the previous year. They did a great job and were quick with responses to our questions. It turned out great.

I got several quotes to have a dilapidated split rail fence replaced. They were the lowest quote. Fence was replaced as requested within a couple weeks of scheduling. It has been 6 months and new fence still looks great and is sturdy.

Excellent!!!! As a contractor myself and constantly dealing with headaches caused by other contractors in my commercial building business: I am pleasantly surprised that I had no issues with MCFence. I wish their crew worked for me. Jeff came out and did the estimate and was knowledgeable about all aspects. He returned calls and showed up when he was supposed to!..Yeh, I know that's unheard of. He also showed up the day of installation. The crew came out and installed over 1000 foot of 4 board fence in one day. Think about that. That includes 3/4 PT posts in concrete, posts trimmed, boards nailed-everything. Unfortunately snow messed up the automatic gate hardware install but it was only just a few days later, also no issues. Even the office administrator Rebecca, called when needed, emailed invoices, and answered the phone when called...After the job, Jeff came back again to double check everything. Like I said the customer service was excellent, I have recommended them to other companies and residential customers. Thanks Mike, Jeff, Rebecca and everyone else.

Great! Very easy to work with, answered all of my questions - even with 2 follow-up phone calls, showed up as expected and completed all of the work in one day - altho almost dark when finished. Installers took great care to have straight (property) lines and (top line) fence sections. Installed 3 gates with sturdy posts and concrete foundations, so will not sag later. Fence is beautiful and economical. Neighbors also commented on aesthetics. Would definitely use/recommend!

The overall job went get. The gentleman that came out to give estimate was great at giving suggestions on the fence line and gating. They had to reschedule a couple of time due to other jobs, but they did call to confirm. They came and got the job done is less than 1/2 a day. Looks great. Can't wait to have the rest of the yard done.

We were very pleased with the work that was done. The fence looks great, the gates work well. Everyone showed up on time, did what they said they would do, cleaned up after themselves, and we couldn't be happier. Great people to work with and did a wonderful job.

They did an amazing job! I was very pleased with the amount of time that was given to measure my property and to give me an estimate on the same day. The workers were able to quickly adjust the plans when a minor change in design occurred at the last minute. My fence is beautiful. The workers also cleaned the worksite thoroughly before leaving.

The crew did an excellent job of installing the fence and offered a suggestion on where to put the double gate to make it easier to get to the sewer system. They completed the job in one day and they cleaned up the area so well I couldn't tell they were there.

From start to finish could not have had a better experience. Quality workmanship and excellent personnal. Supervisor stopped by just for a look see and was confident in the work being performed. AWESOME workers.

These folks are wonderful. Even though they were a tad bit higher than other estimates I received, they were well worth it. No hassles, no trouble, and a beautiful fence. KC was a joy to work with. Had great suggestions and followed through on everything. The installers really knew what they were doing. An altogether pleasant experience. And I am loving my new fence!

Small family owned and operated business that was a pleasure to interact with. Responsiveness was outstanding to all of our family's questions. Project ran longer then initially planned due to some weather and the team at M.C. Fence and Deck was in touch via phone and email with every step. My family cannot say enough good things about the quality of work and the deck delivered exceeded our expectations in our initial drawings. The company worked with our requests and we had a wonderful time designing the project to accommodate all our current and future needs for the yard. They did a great job. If your are debating between two or three fence companies I'd say go with MC Fence.

They came out and did a survey. The gentleman that came out was very professional, he answered my questions, he walked out with me and showed me what they were going to do. He then sent me an email with a price quote. I had some questions and they followed through with sending me pictures and answering questions that support my home owners association. Then essentially once the home owners association papers were signed they scheduled immediately and were out within a couple of days.

They were efficient, they worked with us they did a nice job and we were happy with the results. The gate in the very back got itself realigned a couple of times in the months afterwards that the piling was settling into the ground was freezing fine and they were very quick to come back and fix it right away so they were very good even after the job in terms of coming back and making sure that the product was staying up so far. Price wise I don’t remember what the price was but I do remember getting a few different estimates and they were one among those competitors.

I phoned MC Fence to have someone come out to give us an estimate during the holidays. They came the next day. KC was our sales rep and is co-owner of the company. He was great. We called him to come back to give our neighbor an estimate, and once again, he came the next day. Our new fence was installed within 1 week. The service, quality and professionalism of their crew was outstanding. Would highly recommend this company.

I contacted them and we arranged a time that they would be able to come out and give me a proposal. K.C. was on time and answered any and all questions regarding the work and design. They quoted a fair price and were able to do the work relatively quickly. The installation team (Manual and another) was fantastic. They worked h****** it all day long. I have a small dog and had concerns about the height from the ground around the gates. Granted, I was being overly cautious but they were willing to take the gate back off and lower the level of the fence, realign the tops again, and reinstall the gate. I did that in two areas and they never complained that all. Also, they went back with spray paint and touched up every area of the fence that had aluminum showing. That illustrates to me the quality of work that?s considered acceptable by the company and the pride of the installation team. I highly recommend this company; my experience with them from the time that I initiated contact via phone to installation of my fence has been pleasant and professional.

My entire experience with MC Fence was excellent. I requested a call online and they called me back promptly and setup an appointment to come to my home. KC was friendly and professional and really easy to work with, and provided an estimate on site, and I scheduled an appointment to install later that week. He was patient while showing me all my options and explaining how the process would work. A neighbor was also interested in their services and he stayed and assisted them as well. The day of installation the crew showed up on time, was courteous, worked hard, and the end result is beautiful. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They made this so easy for me and delivered exactly what they said they would. This is the way service should be, but rarely is. I'm very impressed and would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were extremely professional, prompt and had the most reasonable price. The work was done exactly when they said and it looks great!

They arrived at designated time with two people. They were so efficient that I didn't even know they were there. I also made a small change in where the fence change was changing . They accomodated that change with no prolblem. They completed the project on time. Very pleased with the finished projject.

I am extremely happy I took the time to research MC Fence and get an estimate. I talked with Melissa on 7 Nov, and then scheduled an appointment for 12 Nov for an estimate. She was friendly, easy to schedule with my work commitments and she talked about the options and brochure I could receive at the appointment. On 11 Nov, Melissa called to confirm the next day appointment. On 12 Nov, KC (Vice President) called ahead and came out to my house - he was pleasantly early and no time had to be wasted! KC was friendly, showed me the options brochure and talked about my preferences and what they could do for my wife and I. We walked around the backyard of our property and he pointed out how the project would go, gave great recommendations and then talked pricing with different options. The whole consult took probably less than 15 minutes. KC gave me his card, took my email, and said we could discuss any options later on after I spoke with my wife. He walked back into the yard again and took measurements; after he left, I had an estimate within 6 hours in my email, a fully drawn schematic, price quote, included (at no cost) old fence removal, shrubbery trimming,etc. It was a great price quote, I expected it to be thousands more. We decided to go with MC Fence after their consult, I signed the contract and emailed it into Melissa, we spoke on the phone and confirmed a date - within a week and a half of the initial consult! Day of the build: KC arrived exactly on time, his crew a few minutes afterwards. After talking with our neighbors, we had a slight change to the initial plan, putting the fence on a different side of a set of trees, it was no problem for KC to change the plan that morning (it was not a complex change, we're talking moving one side of the fence over a foot or two. We walked the planned fence-line again to go over the details once more and the crew began to unload everything. I had taken the day off work, but the crew needed no direction, KC left for the morning and they worked their butts off right from the beginning. I've been stealing peeks as the process continues and it's looking great! The crew verified how low I wanted the dips to be, just as I had asked, so we went over my options once the pickets were up they showed me the different depths they could do, fantastic service. In the end, the crew wrapped up before it started getting dark, cleaned up the entire site and I signed the work form. We are so pleased with our new fence, it's a great relief to be able to let the dog out without worry and our neighbors love it too. Thank you so much to KC, Melissa and their crew. MC Fence was the third quote I got when we were looking to replace our 23yr. old cedar picket fence that runs along the front sides of our house. Initially I thought I wanted white vinyl picket and was finally able to find a picture of what I wanted to show the other two companies for my quotes. When I showed Jeff the picture and told him we had two golden retrievers that occasionally jumped up onto the fence; Jeff was the only one that took the time to tell me that while vinyl might be what I wanted, it might not hold up very well because it was not a solid fence, but picket and also, two 80 pound dogs jumping on it would cause it to give over time. Jeff worked with me and was very patient in showing me exactly what he would do to make the cedar fence that we did purchase look like the one in the picture I had chosen. Because of weather our installation was delayed twice, but their was communication each time and on the day they finally came Jeff met with me and walked through again what was going to be installed. I cannot tell you how happy we are with our fence, it is beautiful, exactly what we wanted and the cedar looks so great, I'm not so sure that I'm going to paint it white in the spring as I had planned. We have already recommended MC Fencing to friends of ours and we would use them again without hesitation.
