First-come, first served as most of them are.  Even though I tried to be there when it opened, there were already five people in front of me (which I think is a good sign of their service).  I walked up the street for a coffee and came back an hour later - they were just finishing.

Whenever I take it, they are wonderful. They are economical and do what they are supposed to do. They don't do more than they are supposed to. I like them very much.  They told me to bring in the car first thing in the morning and they would get to it and they did. I got it there about 5 minutes of 8 and I started to walk home,  and they said, 'Don't walk, we'll take you'. Then the man came out from back and he said, 'Her car is finished'.   So that is the kind of service I got which is wonderful.

Cherrydale Motors is GREAT!, The service was performed on time. They called several times to update me and called when the vehicle was finished.

Great group of people. Honest and friendly. They are my new service center and I will highly recommend them.

The Cherrydale Motors crew replaced a couple tires and performed an alignment. The pricing was reasonable and their attitude was totally chill. I typically disdain going to mechanics because so many of them relish in chiding me for not coming sooner...or they want me to consult... and quot;Sounds like it could be your universal joint. What do you think?and quot;
None of that attitude at Cherrydale.
Reasonably priced. Nice guys. Delivered as expected. What more could you want?

My car started to make that awful noise of a broken muffler. I took the car to Cherrydale Motors early on a Satuday morning. They told me that it will take a couple of hours before they could check it. Two hour later they called me as promised. They said that the exhaust gasket was leaking and that they would try to change it without affecting the other pipes or the muffler, but they warned me of the rusted conditions of the muffler and the intermediary pipe. They specifically said that they will do their best so I do not have to expend more money. At the end they did not need to change any other extra part and they charged just for the replacement of the gasket. I was very impress with the service, the honesty and professionalism of the mechanics. They fixed the car the same day.
I will recommend this repair shop and I will use it in the future.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and from watching them interact with other customers, they seemed honest and straightforward. I would certainly use them again.

Cherrydale motors is my go-to place for car repairs and oil changes. They have given me decent rates and I've never felt like they tried to up sell me with other unnecessary services. It is better to try to make an appointment or call ahead as sometimes they are full.

We've had good experiences with them. We have been going to them for a couple of years. I feel like I get honest responses from them with reasonable cost. I get the feeling I'm not gouged like you might get at other dealership.

They're a great place. They give honest appraisals on the job that had to be done. They are fair in price and does quality work. Everything about their appraisal is professional. The only reason I haven't gone back is I bought a new car and I've gone back to the dealer for the service on that. Their prices were very reasonable.

Took our car with a flat tire to Mr. Tire in Arlington in Courthouse. Mr. Tire said the tire could not be repaired but they could replace it with the same tire that was already on there for $171, they then called back and said the rest of the tires were too worn down (untrue) and we'd have to replace all four for $728 but they would give us a $20 off the one punctured tire in case we actually did have insurance.
After some back and forth they agreed to come down to a final price of $158 per tire vs. $171.
At that point, I sought a second opinion and looked on Angies List and saw that Cherrydale Motors had good ratings.
We called and they said come right over. They looked at our car within five minutes, repaired the tire with a patch for $21 within 20 minutes and suggested we consider replacing two of the tires in the next couple of months but that two were still in great shape and we should put the new ones on the front and the two existing on the back and their price for the same tire as Mr. Tire was and they would charge us $151 each with tax and installed.
Bottom line: Cherrydale Motors is a family owned shop that is friendly, responsive and takes being a part of the community as an serious responsibility. They are not as focused on the week's bottom line as they are building repeat customers though honest, fair assessments of your car and a very reasonable repair cost. I would highly encourage and support using Cherrydale for tires or any other types of repairs or maintenance for a vehicle.
