This is the fourth or fifth time I have used Williams Paint, and I call them automatically when I need work done. As always, the painters were on time, neat, professional and did an excellent job. This work was largely repair, and involved matching paint on walls that had been done several years ago. Great job -- I can't tell where the repairs began and ended.

Called the company early in February re painting master bathroom; representative from the company showed up; didn't really seem that interested in the project; we also discussed cleaning and painting deck and fence at some point; never received an estimate nor any contact from the company.

Milton of Williams Painting contacted me quickly after I requested an estimate and arranged to come to my home. He answered all my questions, including giving me prompt follow-up answers to my additional email questions. That may sound routine, but it hasn't always been my experience with other companies. Luis, Alberto and Jose were the men who worked on my home. The arrived very promptly on the day they'd promised, ready to work. At first it seemed that they were moving a little slowly, but that wasn't slowness. It was thoroughness in the prep work. They addressed all the cracks and nail pops they found. They fully repaired a couple of old bad drywall repairs, to the point that, even knowing where to look, I can see no evidence of the prior damage. I'd asked if the popped nails could be replaced by screws in the repair. Milton had assured me they could, and they did. They took that kind of care throughout. The finished job is excellent. They were careful in moving and covering my furniture. They cleaned up every day. They were always pleasant to work with and to have in my home. Luis' last word to me as he left was a reminder of the warranty; to let them know if I found anything afterward and to assure me they will come back to address anything they might have missed. After my experience with them, I have no doubt they back up their work. I'm completely happy with their work and would recommend this company. I will use Williams Painting again.

The crew (Franklin and Jairo) were meticulous. They had to do a lot of scraping on the front porch. The owner Dave Williams personally came to inspect the job three times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Not only was the paint job itself very professional, the crew were very professional in every way. I will definitely use Williams Professional Painting in the future. My neighbors were impressed too! My next door neighbor has Williams painting their house this week, a second neighbor told me she will use Williams in the spring.

We spoke to their representative on the phone and said that we needed our shutters painted and perhaps additional work. She responded that they had a $600 minimum, showed no interest in discussing the work further or providing an estimate. This ended the phone call.

I cannot say enough good things about Willams painters. They were punctual, polite, and they are excellent painters. They did extensive preparation, they cleaned as they went, they did a super job, and then left every place they painted spotless. I will be having them back in a few weeks to paint bathrooms. I will always use Williams when I have painting to do.

I contacted this company to paint the walls of my new town home. They were professional and reasonable with their estimate. The only reason I didn't hire them was that they weren't available as soon as I needed my project done. I would be comfortable hiring them in the future.

He arrived on time, was very professional and clearly knowledgeable. The estimate was reasonable and comparable to the others we obtained for the same work. After much discussion, we ended up choosing another contractor to do the job. We would have no hesitation, however, in using Williams for future work or recommending that others consider using their services.

They did an absolutely outstanding job. From the first day they came out here to look at what needed to be done, Rick Williams explained everything to me. He quoted a price to have the exterior of my home painted. He said they’d also do my mailbox, a shed, the posts of a railing, as well as the shutters. They did everything. The two individuals who worked on the house, Luis and Jorge, were superb. They were so professional and always turned up on time. They were very clean. I never knew they even here with how clean they were. Whenever I had any questions and needed to call, Rick answered or got back to me as quickly as possible. They’re attitudes were lovely. I don’t give a high mark to anyone that doesn’t deserve it, but I can’t speak highly enough about Williams professional painting.

Arrived even earlier than scheduled (7 AM), but remained in their truck until the appointed time (or until we discovered they were there and indicated they could come in and get started). The house painters (interior and a bit of exterior) were absolutely superb. Some carpentry was also required, and the interior work was done well. A new side door for our exterior garage needed to be special ordered, and at present we are still waiting for that work to be completed. I expect similarly good results, but will report in here again if there are untoward delays.

Williams called within 10 minutes of when we requested a quote on line and were very accommodating in arranging a time to do an on-site estimate as well as answering all of our questions regarding their preparation, their qualifications/licensing/bonding within the district, and how they anticipate performing our project. We worked with Milton Chavez, the project manager, and he was the consummate professional. Williams typically schedules work about 4-6 weeks in advance and started exactly to the day of the estimate and finished on time and within budget with no issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend them again.

The project went very well. The weather did not cooperate. It was hot and humid and the job was interrupted several times by showers. Normally two painters worked but sometimes there were three or just one. The workers were always on time and worked very hard. Overall, I thought everything went well. I had numerous questions, and the foreman always answered them to my satisfaction. Since the trim on the house had been painted at least 3 previous times, the surface was pock marked and cracked. I thought maybe they could have scraped a little more in some places and also sanded. However, the foreman explained that since this was an older house, they try not to disturb the old paint any more than necessary. In spite of that, the trim looks good. On several doors that were particularly bad because of afternoon sun exposure, they spent extra effort and used wood filler to smooth the surface. Those doors now look nice. I would use Williams Co. again. I also thought their price was very competitive.

They were going to come in June but we had some bad weather and that caused them to get a little bit behind. I called them to let them know that we were willing to wait until September if it would help them out. They were very appreciative. They were wonderful during the quote. They answered all of my questions and I felt that if I didn't understand something I could call them back and it wouldn't be a bother. Other companies made me feel like I might be bothering them when I had questions. I thought they were so easy to work with, and very professional. They told me they don't hire subcontractors. Finally, they offered a warranty on the work. I plan to update this review when they finish the work.

I would recommend Williams Professional Painting to anyone, they are truly professional. This is the second time I have used them and they are always on time and ready to work. I had them paint most of the inside of my townhouse the first time I used them and they did a wonderful job, it still looks great after 2 years. This time we had them out to paint our master bath and they came out when they said they would and finished the job in less than two days. We also needed our vanity painted and it looks great as well. Cristian and the other gentleman that came worked to make my bathroom shine. They were very careful to cover everything that was not to be painted. They were both very friendly and courteous. I will defiantly be calling on Williams Painting again for my next painting project.

Williams Professional Painting provided superior service in repainting our townhouse. Dagoberto Machado and his crew arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up every day. Their results were excellent. When they discovered an area needing repair, the office priced the carpentry fairly and got the job done within the estimated completion time. Our house stands high off the ground, the carpentry and some of the painting required tall ladders. The company managed the work safely -- something I cannot say of some past contractors. The office was easy to work with. While offering comprehensive and very professional service, Williams' contract cost very little more than the other bidder. I'll go back to them the next time we need interior or exterior painting.

Performace from start to finish was outstanding. They provided prompt estimates. Paiters and colorists showed up on time. When there was a mistake in the color scheme of one room, they corected quickly (that day) and without any argumentation. The owner reached out to us to ensure satisfaction and did a quality assurance check before seeking the last payment. Would recommend to anybody and expect to use again.

First scheduled for late May, Williams was able to move us up on the schedule. Work was then scheduled and finished in 2 days. Additional paint that was required did not increase the price first quoted. The work areas in and outside were left clean. We are very happy with the results. This was the 2nd time we hired Williams and would be able sincerely to recommend them.

Williams Professional Painting did a great job on my small exterior painting project. I'd neglected the trim paint on my brick rambler for ten years and had some rotted wood and a lot of peeling paint and mildew. The prepped all wood by power washing, scrapping, and repairing wood, as needed. The estimator, Alvis, was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be performed and was very thorough in his explanations and delivered a detailed estimate that was clear and professional. They were not the cheapest estimate I received, but I ultimately decided to use Williams Professional Painters because of their excellent reputation and because they agreed to be flexible on the price. I was very happy we choose them to do the work, as the results turned out great. Gustavo, the job foreman, was extremely punctual and very polite (They said they'd be t my home between 7:30 and 8:00am and the showed up at 7:30am on the dot). They did a really good job cleaning up after working each day, as well. There were paint chips everywhere and they cleaned them all each day. All of the staff I encountered from Williams (Estimator, office scheduler, and painting staff) were outstanding. Extremely professional service and quality work. My house looks great after ten years of neglect. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Williams was great from start to finish. I explained over the phone that we had a small interior paint job - to fix a few areas that had been on my to-do list for a long time. Alvis Hermes was able to meet me at home within two days of our call to prepare an estimate, and we were able to schedule the job to be done within two weeks. They did a great job - colors matched existing walls perfectly, and the walls and ceiling look really great - just like new. Thanks to Williams for being so responsive and professional. Will definitely use them again!

Everything went great from start to finish. From the first interview with the owner to the last day of painting with the painters, everything went smoothly. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the employees that I met. eThe painters worked very hard for 5 days painting the interior of my house. The showed up on time and cleaned up every day before they left. My 70 year old house looks brand new.

It could not have gone better! The three-person crew was polite and professional, on time or early each day, worked diligently throughout the day, and carefully prepared and cleaned up the work area as well as the entrance. The quality of the work Mr. Williams' employees preform is outstanding. This is the second time I have engaged Williams Professional Painting and the second time I am completely pleased with the result. It is apparent that Mr. Williams and his employees have a good working relationship based on mutual respect and trust. I recommend this company highly.

Dave, one of the owners of Williams Professional Painters, contacted me within 24-hours of my requesting a quote from his company through Angie's List. He arrived at my home on time and as scheduled for analyzing the work to be done. He was very friendly and polite, presenting a warm persona. He examined the areas of work to be completed and then answered any questions we may have had. I was impressed by his professionalism, presentation of information regarding his company, as well as licensing information. Upon departing he stated he would have his quote to me by the end of the day, and indeed he did. After securing various quotes, needless to say Williams Professional Painters got the job. The job was scheduled to last 3 days and it did. The two young men who actually did the work were phenomenal. They showed up to work on time...even a few minutes earlier than their scheduled start time. They came in my home each day focused on what they had to do, and then got it done. They we very polite and courteous, and always very thoughtful as to not disburbing our family's normal flow. The drywall work on my ceilings as well as the painting of the ceilings, basement walls and bathroom, jobs were very well done. I am so pleased with my new ceilings and the paint work. I would recommend and even hire this company again without hesitation or reservation. Awesome work!

They were excellent to work with overall. The first painters I hired I had to fire, since they weren’t properly protecting the consideration of lead-based paint. Williams did a superb job. They were willing to work with environmentally-responsible paints, too. We completed a renovation and they had to work around the remodelers, because we wanted to get everything done quickly. They worked their schedule around the general contractor without any problems. The work is of high quality.

Bottom line up front: we couldn't be happier with Williams Professional Painting, and we look forward to using them in the future! After our general contractor proved substandard in his painting abilities, we asked for an estimate from several A-rated Angie's List companies. Rick Williams came out for the estimate, and was extremely thorough - explaining to us various options and making sure that he was clear on our expectations and desires. He let our goals drive the conversation and estimate, and perfectly struck the balance between providing leadership based on experience and keeping our desires front and center. Initially we were going to have them remove the existing paint from the front of our brick home, and then prime/paint both the back and front. In between this process we had masons come out and restore the mortar between the bricks (was over 100 years old and needed to be fixed). Due to the cost of the brickwork needed, we tweaked the paint estimate to just have work done on the front. The work took place in three stages: 1) Paint removal 2) Have our masons tuck point all the brick 3) Have the brick repainted. WPP did such an outstanding job removing the paint, we ended up deciding not to paint back over the brick. Keep in mind that in the pictures below, the chemical stripper did not work so everything was hand-scraped! It took an extra day to strip everything, and the stripping was done on an hourly basis. That said, Rick took the initiative to offer a reduced rate for the unexpected third day, and this is just one of many examples of their stellar customer service. We really appreciated their evident desire on professionalism and quality. During the course of the work, both our neighbors asked for their contact information, and we even had a real estate agent and developer stop by and ask for their info as well. Last but not least, with such a stellar paint-removal job, we asked to tweak the contract once again and Rick was accomodating as ever. Instead of painting the main surface area and leving the trim, we reversed it. I think the pictures below speak for themselves, so I'll part with one final shout-out on behalf of our foreman Jose - he was the most competent, plain-spoken, trustworthy, and friendly foreman we have yet encountered in our dealings with several contractors. And we've had many great contractors and foremen. WPP should truly consider him a prized employee and developing leader in their company! Thank you Rick, Jose, and team!
