Unfortunately due to the last-minute cancellation of our movers and need to reschedule the cleaning, Sparkleclean was already booked. Despite not having used their services, I would recommend them based on the previous reviews on Angie's List and their professionalism.

They show up, do their work, and get out without needing a lot of instructions. You just tell them what you need that day and they take care of it. They also tend to send out the same crew, and they were easy to get in touch with. We have been continuing to use them.

I was extremely satisfied with their service since they left the place almost spotless.

SparkleClean sent out 3 maids and arrived promptly at 9:10, just as they said they would. They actually were a few minutes early. They came right into the home and got started right away. I was originally told it would take approximately 3 hours to clean the house and based on that timeline I left my home and returned within that timeframe. When I returned back to the house they were on the main level of the townhouse and the other two levels looked amazing. At this point I was told they would need an extra hour, and that would be extra, which was not a big deal because I knew upfront it was all approximate based on the size and condition of the home. I also had a carpet cleaning crew arrive as well and it did not interfere with their work. SparkleClean did amazing working around them, with them and continuing to make my house "sparkle" for the owners and for key turnover. They finished within the four hour window and when they were done I did a walk thru the home and it looked wonderful, smelled wonderful. They scrubbed baseboards and made them look incredible, and dusted all the fixtures, trim, and vents. The insides and outsides of all appliances looked fantastic and again smelled clean. I was also told if there was anything that came up in the turn over with the owners they would come back free of charge... Of course there were no problems. The ladies were all very friendly, and the professionalism displayed by this company was 5 stars. I would hire them again and would definitely recommend them to friends.

First of all, I really liked the owner and she tried to make the wrongs right. So I give A+ for her customer service. However her cleaning staff is either trying to sabotage her purposely or they are not trained. They flushed a cleaning sponge down in one of the toilets making a clog. Then they broke a brand new shower door that we got installed a few months ago. The shower door was railing was bent and door was freely hanging waiting for an accident to happen. I heard one of the cleaning women was on her cell phone most of the time. They were only able to clean my house partially within the 2 man hours. They cleaned 3 bathrooms and a one bedroom out of 3 bedrooms. Did not get to the living room or the kitchen. My house is about 1800 SQFt living space. However, when I have Regal Maids over, they clean the whole house within 2 hours. The cleaning part was good and I was even willing to hire them for regular cleaning before I found the damages out, However, after I finding the damages to my 2 bathrooms, I decided to stick with Regal Maids. When I notified the owner about the damages, she was more than willing to make things right. She scheduled a handyman service to come over within 2 days and they fixed both issue.

The ladies were prompt and professional and focused solely on the areas I requested! It was very refreshing to not have the time used on vacuuming rather than bathrooms. Great experience

The woman that did services from SparkleClean Cleaning Company is very good. I think she is trustworthy and very good in what she does.

Fantastic service and professional all around! My family was moving out of a rental home and the property managers had a long list of requirements for move-out inspection. We provided Sarah the list of the items that needed to be done and she was very thorough on what her team would be able to accomplish. We were not in the house when Sparkle Cleaning did their magic, but when arrived after the team had left, it was like a brand new house! They did such an amazing job that even the property managers kept commenting on how the house looked to be in better shape than what it looked like before we moved in. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Three ladies came on time, were very pleasant, and worked diligently until my home was truly sparkling. They were fabulous!

Sarah and her staff were great. From my initial contact to all subsequent emails, Sarah has been responsive and accommodating. She listened to our needs and worked with us to find a schedule and price that would get what we wanted cleaned accomplished. We discussed different areas of cleaning focus and have come up with a plan and schedule that my husband and I are comfortable with. Her staff were polite and professional and asked that I take a look at their cleaning to make sure I was satisfied. Sarah followed up later that day to make sure that things were done as promised and if we had any changes or concerns for future cleanings. I was impressed! She also meets with her staff prior to their daily cleaning assignments to share special requests, changes, area of focus, etc. We will be on a biweekly cleaning schedule with Sarah and can adjust tasks as things come up (ie heavier cleaning one time due to an upcoming party, guests, etc.). I appreciate her willingness and flexibility to work with us and our specific needs! Thank you!

The cleaning went well, they were polite and did an excellent job. I would use them again.

They cleaned all the bathrooms, including the shower tile. They cleaned the blinds in the bedroom, dusted the furniture, and cleaned the floors. They cleaned the kitchen, including the tops of all the appliances, such as the fridge and the microwave, and wiped down all of the cabinets. They mopped the floor, and vacuumed both sets of stairs. They completed all of this work in an hour and a half.

Two women came in and did a thourough, deeo cleaning of the whole house. The wood floors sparkled and the carpets were cleaner than I have been able to get them myself. They also did a great job vacuuming not only the cushions, but also the sides of the oppolstered furniture, ridding the house of tons of dust. I purchased a four hour deep clean from Angie's List and had to purchase one more hour to get the whole house clean, but I haven't had a cleaning service clean the house before, so this is certainly understandable.

They were very good cleaners, but punctuality was not good. They ran a few hours late, and sometimes they show up early. We have used them twice after the big deal. The third time was when they arrived late, and we both work, so we have to take time off from work. We won't be using them in the future, because they only work during business hours Monday to Friday.

I have been using SparkleClean for a couple of months now. Sarah (the owner) has been very responsive when I call, and has been flexible when I have needed to change the schedule of cleanings. I would recommend this company for private home cleaning. The ladies that have come to my home have been professional, courteous, and hard working.

They did a good job, no complaints.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. The owner was very accommodating to my schedule. The cleaners arrived on time. They did an adequate job, but not as thorough as some other services I have used.

I thought 4 hours would be enough to clean my small townhouse. there were two and one was the experienced worker and she worked very hard and did a great job. the other was less experienced and did the light work but at a slower pace. so there were areas that were not cleaned well because they ran out of time. but the work that they did was very good. They were punctual and polite

I've only used SparkleClean once so far, but was very happy with the services provided and will schedule regular cleanings with them from now on. Very professional, and quality service. I needed assistance with laundry as well - something not every cleaning provider will do - and it wasn't a problem. Definitely recommend them to anyone in NOVA, DC and wherever else they provide service.

Exceptional service. I plan to use Sparkle Clean as my regular housecleaning service. They were reasonably priced, responsive to my needs, professional, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to others.

The gentlemen were very professional, efficient and did a great job. They were also very honest about the possibility that even with the special treatment that the stains might not come out. In addition, they advised me to be sure to immediately treat future stains so that they don't set.

We liked them so much we started hiring them for monthly services. They have been out 4 times since. They clean 2 1/2 bathrooms, four bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and family room for $150/month.

I specifically asked them to focus on my bathrooms and kitchen. Did an awesome job scrubbing my bathroom tiles. Very impressed. Showed up 25 mins early though and I wásn't ready and house picked up a bit. That was stressful for me so my suggestion to them is never show up early.

It was okay. I haven't had any bad housecleaning.

They did a very good job. They sent out 3 people and spent three and a half hours cleaning the house.
