Thanks for your review. We regret that you did not enjoy the cleaning. I am happy to refresh the ladies on the cell phone policy, but my Manager had 2 cleaning related calls in to the office (to me). We do have rules about cell phones in the home, and personal calls are limited to 5 minutes and should not disturb the customer. In regards to price, only with the customer's permission, we sold additional time directly onsite as the home was very dusty, and needed more attention for excessive dust, decor, decorations and many other small items to dust. Homes come in all conditions and we understand life if busy, we love to help. This home had not been cleaned in a while, so it simply takes longer to clean and get to many neglected areas. As maids we are happy to do it. To help clarify, we filled (2) vacuum bags of dust during the cleaning, so this is more than an average home. We understand about a rolled up carpet, sometimes when we mop then air dry floors, we roll up the carpet. We can customize cleanings in the future, and make a note to towel dry floors and replace small area rugs (never leaving them rolled.) We are always happy to discuss and tailor your cleanings to your specific needs. We encourage you to try other maid services down the road and believe you will have a same pricing result for similar cleaning results.
