I bought the Big deal and SparkleClean contacted me within 2-3 hours of my purchase and scheduled the cleaning for the same week. On the day of the cleaning, I received an email from Sarah confirming the areas of the house of to be cleaned. The team arrived 10 minutes before time and were very pleasant to work with. They did a great job with the cleaning and even spent a little bit of extra time to finish the cleaning. We've used cleaning services every two weeks for the past year, and the SparkleClean team was much much better than the service we have been using.

My wife had been in the Hospital foe nearly 2 weeks. I contacted SparkleClean to see if it would be possible for them to come out the next day to do a thorough cleaning of our house before my wife came home. They were kind enough to accommodate us on such short notice. They did an OUTSTANDING job. I couldn't have been more pleased.

I have been doing business with Sparkle Clean for about 2 plus years and always have the same wonderful experience. Usually two ladies arrive promptly on time, we chat a few minutes, then determine what I want done. They go right to work & usually finish within 2 1/2 hrs. A couple of times, I have mentioned that sometime I'd like something done in a room and before I knew it, they already had it done. Amazing! These ladies are always pleasant, professional & efficient. After they finish, my husband & I always just take a deep breath, look around and go, Wow! Everything looks & smells Sparkling Clean! We enjoy supporting a Woman owned small business and appreciate the attention to detail that we receive. Additionally, the owner of Sparkle Clean, Sarah, is a multi-talented woman. She is a wonderful resource for your design, decorating & remodeling requirements.

It went well, they make sure they clean every surface. They do my front bay window, kitchen window, dinning room window on the inside. I have two dogs and they always get up all of the hair. They polish all of the furniture not just the top surface. Wash the bathroom floors and the kitchen floor. My bathrooms Sparkle. The house smells great when they leave. They always do the top of the fridge, my other service did not. They do a great job on my stainless steel appliances. They clean my blinds in three rooms. Nothing is ever missing, my other service, the lady stole things from the house. They are always on time and I usually have two ladies and sometimes three so they are finished quickly but are very good. Then I can go with my day. They have never forgotten me, my other service did that. I don't plan well and when I email Sarah she responds quickly and can always find a way to fit me in. I tried three services before I started with SparkleClean. I watched what they did and SparkleClean got the job and I have been with them for 5 years. The only way I would stop using them is if I moved out of the area. I had surgery on my elbow so if I left my sheets out they would change the sheets. They would bring my trash can in for me. The only suplies I give them is one trash bag. They bring all of their cleaning materials and I really like that.

We utilized this service for close to two years, and only stopped because we moved. I think the quality was really good, and the responsiveness of the owner was fantastic. They were flexible and did a consistently good job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been very happy with the service...sometimes the ladies put things away in a place I wouldn't expect it..but I am thinking this will really happy whenever someone else is cleaning your home. Dealing with Sarah has been very pleasant as well!

I found SparkleClean by searching the internet using Google Maps that somehow brought me across their business homepage. The described service seemed more commercial/utilitarian than most other maid service descriptions I came across that seemed more pampering. This appealed to me as the rental house was huge and had not had a detail clean for probably at least 3 years. Also, the company had a smaller/personal feel to it and that appealed to me as well. Most contact was through emails and these had that personal feel yet were still professional. The crew was on time, as scheduled, the day after the move. We were still moving out some of the house when they arrived but the crew was flexible in working around our unfinished business. Also, as a last minute change of plans, the crew was able to call more people and provide an impromptu trash out service and that was a huge help. Although I was unable to meet them at the conclusion of the job but everything looked great when I returned. Most impressive was the detail cleaning of the oven and the removal of stains in the shower tubs; the stainless steel sinks turned out well too, actually I have no complaints. SparkleClean was very friendly, professional, and willing to not only provide an excellent service but also eager to help in anyway to make our move-out go well.
