Gerson came to my house to give an estimate of the work. He requested a down payment which I gave him. Gerson said he had to order parts and it took about 6 weeks. I called him one day after about 6 weeks and said he wants to give them 1 more week to get the parts. He never took the initiative to call me and give an update so I called him again and he promised to come to my house to fix the furniture. I never heard from him after that. He said Im coming and he didnt come. I tried calling him daily and got no answer. I would not recommend using him because of the poor customer service.

I reported this company to Home Advisor because the company was not returning my calls, texts, or e-mails. I got a little anxious. I didn't know what to think. I got this company off of HomeAdvisor, I knew little about this company other then picking it from Home Advisor. Did this company walk away with my furniture. I was worry. Not returning call, texts or emails Finally I spoke with the company and my furniture was delivered today 4/17/2021. Mr. Arnez apology and said he had been sick. The Rattan furniture is beautifully refurbish. The workmanship is outstanding. I will be using FurnitureDoctors3 again. I am just sorry for the broke in communication. That why I rated this company 3 in customer service. Always get back with the customer on updates. Other than that the quality was excellence.

This company doesn't return calls, e-mails or texts. Please check references before you use this company. I didn't and took FurnitureDoctors3 at face value. I thought I was dealing with a professional company. Boy was I wrong, Will will be call you or text or e-mail you the status of your of order. Again check this company review before dealing with it.

Furniture Doctors provided a great service and they were very thorough in making the repair to my leather couch.

I had a mid century recline that was no longer operation. Gerson Arnez of Furniture Doctors 3 did a great job analyzing the problem and completed the repair in four days. The price and quality of work were excellent.

Whatever you do, do not use this company you will regret it. Unfortunately for us we did use this company and we never received our two antique beds back. We called and described to him that we needed to have two beds looked at. He came over very quickly that week and informed us that he would have to take with him the furniture and he should have it done in about two weeks. This was at the end of January 2019. Today is June 6 and we still do not have the beds back. After he picked up the furniture, he did not contact us again. I have called and texted him numerous times and the majority of my texts go on answered. My calls have not been answered or returned. My husband has sent him emails. Throughout the almost 6 months that he has had our furniture he has maybe responded three times to let us know that he was either waiting on parts or would be done in the following week. My daughter called him this week and he answered the phone, most likely because he was not familiar with her phone number. He informed her that he would bring the bed back this week during 4-5 pm. I texted him this morning to let him know that I would be home earlier and it did say that he had read the text message but has never responded. I deeply regret calling him and having him come over to my house to look at the furniture because now two sentimental items have been lost. I repeat, do not use this service because you will regret it.

They charged me $440 to fix a recliner which took 3 months. The repair never worked correctly. The repair fell apart completely 2 months later. I called for fix they did not show up and dont respond to messages. Should of bought a new chair waste of $ 440!!@

Mr. Garnez from Furniture Doctors 3 was very professional. He fixed our 10 year leather sofa bed which would get stuck from time to time. He reinforced the backrest and seating cushions; cleaned; moisturized and waxed the leather sofa leaving it like news. We are satisfied withe the work done and plan to hire Furniture Doctors 3 again.

We had one antique, marble-top table repaired and refinished, and on antique wrought iron table reclaimed to include a new granite top. Workmanship is excellent, and definitely worth considering if you value your pieces to be repaired, refinished, updated, etc.

Actually , the contractor did come -after I called him.

They did a beautiful job refinishing two expensive rocking chairs. The job took somewhat longer to get done than estimated, but that wasn't a big deal. Very friendly team.

They were extremely courteous. Took the furniture the day I called and completed the job 2 weeks early. I have many projects still to be done and I will call this contractor again. It was a very pleasant experience.

He was the best I would hire him again

Our heavy oak dining room set presented many challenges. The table wobbled and its extension mechanism had not worked since we purchased it in an antique gallery many years ago. Our dog had mistaken one of the chair rungs for a bone. Other rungs were detaching from their chair legs. Furniture Doctors 3 re-glued, repaired and refinished the table, two leaves and four matching acorn chairs so well that the set looks brand new and feels solid. Gerson Arnez understands and shares our love of real wood furniture and devoted many hours to restoring and refinishing the intricate carved turnings of this set.

He was prompt on showing up, he was courteous, and he was very concerned about the furniture and any abrasions that the furniture had and taking care of them.

Spilled bug spray on wooden kitchen table which ruined the finish in a 1 square foot area. Furniture Doctors 3 refinished the table top and matched the table leaf exactly. I was amazed by how they restored the table top to original. Excellent results, first class quality, but a little expensive. I would use them again- but would negotiate the price next time. If someone wants first class quality that takes a little longer-but gets it right- at a little higher price- then Furniture Doctors 3 is a best bet- I couldn't have been happier with the final result.

My landlord had a $1500. leather rocker/recliner and the recliner support bar broke. I did not think it could be repaired, but Gersan said me could do the job. He picked up the chair on a Friday and returned a reoaired chair the following Friday. Pick-up, Delivery, and repair under $190. Very, Very happy with the job.
