The owner, Lawrence, personally came out to take care of the situation. It required an extra day and he sent another really good person to finish up (Jeremy). They were both real good to work with.

I received a call within 30 seconds of submitting my request! However, the plumber did not come "within the hour" as was arranged. No one called to explain. I stayed up late for nothing. No one answered the phone when I called. I called the next day and the plumber eventually arrived, (once again not "within the hour" as promised), and very proficiently unclogged my drain. Then I was charged me more than I was told it would be the night before. Bottom line: great plumber, poor communication.

They responded quickly to a leaky pipe from dishwasher/kitchen sink. They reached the leak from the unfinished basement. It didn't take them very long and the repair seems to have worked. I was disappointed that they didn't clean up after sawing into the wood from repairing the pipe. Also they forgot to turn back on the hot water so the dishwasher didn't work but I didn't know why. When I called back, they were very responsive and came back out...no problem. Nothing serious but I would check it before they left.

Eddie was very professional, he even came back the next day when I was given the wrong shower pan at no extra cost to the original bid. I would recommend Valley Plumbing, they are the best.

They came right away and were able to replace both of my leaking water heaters the same day. Rob was the technician and Vicki was the one who made the arrangements. They were both very pleasant to work with and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I was especially thankful that they came when they said they would and were able to replace the water heaters so quickly. What a relief. Now I can enjoy my vacation and not worry about a water heater breaking while I'm away. Thanks!

I received a call right away after placing my request with HomeAdvisors online, Matt came out and looked at my water heater and gave me great advise. He gave me a quote right away with options for paying. When I scheduled him to come do the work, he was ontime and really worked hard. He went the extra mile to make sure I had everything up to date and up to code. Vickie on the office end was equally as helpful. I appreciate the work they did and their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I received a call within minutes of looking at Valley Plumbing. The service man was here in a very reasonable time for a Sunday. I had a water heater that was leaking. It was replaced at an average price for this area. The work was very well done. The area was left neat and clean. And, I was informed of how to use the controls. The service man that came to my house was polite and courteous. He put on shoe covers and made sure he kept my front door closed since the A/C was running. I would definitely use them again!

I received a call within 2 minutes after placing my project need. Never received a call from the other. Valley came out the next day at the time they said they would. They quickly fixed my problem. Nice people, quick and efficient. I highly recommend.
