My main water line broke on a Sunday morning. Valley Plumbing was the first contractor I contacted out of a half dozen. They responded promptly the same day, assessed the work, and gave me a bid that none of the other contractors came close to matching. This was not an easy job, as my house is on a steep hill, and to get from the water meter into the house (about 80 feet) required tunneling under a sidewalk, two retaining walls, and a driveway. They were able to bore a line without interrupting any of the existing concrete (except a 3'x3' square in the garage, which was necessary to tap into the main water line in the house). The work was done and cleaned up (including patching the concrete in the garage) the same day in about 6 hours. Lawrence and crew were friendly, professional, and efficient, and even gave me the benefit of the low end of their bid range. I recommend them highly.

At first,I worked with Rob Snow. He gave me detailed estimates with explanation. Second,when I hired this company and I needed quick help it was next day at time that was comfortable for me. This time came Patrick and he did excellent job for relpacing new faucet.

I have since used them a couple of times and each time they've gotten here quickly or at the agreed upon time..given quote of what it will be and each time that is the price. Very friendly staff! Clean, efficient, very friendly and professional. They are my go-to plumbers, now.

They did a great job but they were trying to up sell me (e.g. we have a free home inspection, we have a special on this or that). Please just do the work. But overall did a great job and I would hire them again.
