Kevin was awesome to work with! He responded extremely quick and was able to help get heat going in our rental within 2 hours of me requesting service. What was most impressive about Kevin was his straightforward pricing approach. You can tell he has a ton of integrity and honesty by laying out for you. My issues were relatively simple but he did some extra maintenance work (no extra cost) while on site to ensure everything would continue to work smoothly. Being that this property was a rental, it was great being well informed as the owner as he went through the repair process. Thank you Kevin for the awesome service!

Kevin was awesome! He called to confirm his appointment prior to showing, and arrived to his appointment early to help us with our HVAC system. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and the service was done in a timely manner. After finishing, he offered a 90 day guarantee, where if we experience any issues he would come back out to check it. Kyle from Moon Heating and Air Conditioning came out to provide me a quote on installing a humidifier. He provided me with several options, pricing on each, and there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever to follow up or hire them (other contractors who provided bids wanted me to make a decision on the spot). Kyle gave me make and model numbers for the equipment he recommended, told me to research it and see what I thought about each, and then call if I had any questions or wanted to schedule the job. This bid came in lower than other contractors (by as much as half) for the same equipment. I called the week before Thanksgiving to get on the installation calendar, and they were able to fit me in before the holiday. The day of the installation, Kyle called to let me know he had an emergency job that would cause him to be late (I really appreciated the heads up, and it wasn't a problem at all). When he finally showed up, he did a great job installing the humidifier and showing me how it works. I was impressed by the price, the communication, the quick scheduling, and the quality of the installation; I'll definitely hire them again when I need HVAC work.
