I had planned to replace a wheel bearing on my truck that I knew was going out.  I ran out of time and called on my local Tire Pro's to replace it  (labor only - I supplied the new wheel bearing ).  As usual, the work was done on time and very professionally!  They also aligned the front end.    Great place for brakes, wheel and tires !!!

There are a lot of people who goes there.  They don’t try to up sell you or anything like that.  They have done quality work with my car.  I had a problem and they fixed it right away.  They don’t insist on their tires because I like the tires that I have.  They have been really honest.  The staff is very professional and the place is clean.  They are prompt with appointments and service.

I was preparing for a trip up in the High Unitas so I wanted to get a few things take care of. I called to get a price and because I used these guys before I wasn't to concerned about the cost. They finished everything quickly and called to let me know it was ready for pick up. I picked everything up and headed home to get things loaded up for my trip. After loading up I realized my tires looked low. I checked the pressure and found that all my tires on the trailer were at a different pressure. I then filled them to the proper pressure. I headed up the mountain and found that my truck was wandering. I wasn't sure if there was something other than the alignment that was causing it. When I returned from my trip and took it to another repair shop and asked them to look into the problem. They came back to me and said it was the alignment. My tires were toed out and was causing the truck to wander. They printed a report out to show what the alignment was before and what it was after they aligned it. I never told them I had it aligned so it was interesting that this is what they found. Honestly it could have been a bad day for them but I figure if you are providing a service there should have been some kind of quality control check.

The folks at Clayton Snow's Tire Pros are always great to work with. They are accommodating, straightforward, and always give you options for solving your car situation. We have gone to Clayton's for 17 years, with five different vehicles. Any time there is an issue with tires, brakes, bearings, or anything else they specialize in, this is where we go. Their warranty is awesome, their service quick, their people friendly...and the bottle of rootbeer at the end of service is a nice touch, too.

We have been buying tires from here since they opened, about 15 years ago. In August, we purchased 4 tires for our SUV. The next week we went to Las Vegas in the SUV. On our way home, just north of St. George, my husband noticed that the car was not steering correctly, so he pulled over. We thought that we had a flat tire, but instead, the rear passenger side tire had three out of the eight bolts sheered off. We called Tire Pros, and they told us to have the car towed to a shop in Hurricane. When we arrived at the shop, they were waiting for us, quickly repaired our wheel, and when we went up to pay, they told us that Clayton Snow (owner of Tire Pros) was covering it! My husband asked if the problem was caused when the new tires were installed, and they said it likely was not, but that Clayton was paying for it regardless. Now that is service!

Another company broke a lug nut on our car. This company was able to cheaply replace the part. They're reasonably priced and very nice and friendly.

I quit taking the car into American Car Care Center for repairs because they seem to overcharge. Their last diagnosis on my car was wrong. Other than the overcharging their service seems to be fine. I would use them only for service and not for repairs.

I walked in spur of the moment and asked them to check my breaks since they were squeaking. Also told them I would be traveling out of town and wanted to be sure everything was ok. They checked it all out and since everything was good it was NO CHARGE! Thanks

We knew we needed new tires to get the car to pass safety inspection. Shane provided all the pros and cons of the tires they had available. He didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want or need. During the safety inspection, they discovered that the tie-rod ends wouldn't pass inspection. Shane called me and explained the problem as well as the cost. The work was all done professionally and timely. I'll definitely go back and recommend them to my friends.

I presented a tire problem to the Owner, who did extensive research on the best model of tires to fit on a 2005 Toyota RAV-4. Original tires wore out unusually fast, and some other tire shops blamed the vehicle's design. Others also cautioned against certain kinds of tires, thereby creating confusion as to which tires would wear reasonably good, yet be fairly smooth rather than harsh, yet be sufficiently stable. The result was a set of tires, of a brand that I was much less familiar with, but which now -- four months later, have proven out very well. We are completely satisfied, and the price was lower that other stores [including Sam's Club, Walmart, dealer, and Discount-Tire] had quoted. This is a very good store, where the owner takes unusual pride in the finished product. We have used them for other tasks, including alignment, brakes, etc., and we have no qualms in recommending them to friends and family.

My car manual said I should get my tires rotated at a certain mileage point so I figured it was about time. I went in there and there wasn't a super long wait, so I stayed. I also had a coupon so it was pretty inexpensive. The staff was friendly and nice. I read some magazines and then in a short period of time my car was done.

We had taken our van in to another company for a brake inspection and were told we needed a huge amount of work. We just couldn't believe that we needed that much work. We took it into the American Car Care Center for a second opinion. They did a free brake inspection for us. They were honest with us and told us that we didn't need any work. We were expecting the same treatment, telling us that we needed a lot of work. Instead, we got honesty. We appreciate a company that will do a free and honest evaluation. We will always take our van back here because we know they will be honest.
