+ -1 moreOscar was great! Very prompt and professional. He even cleaned my rugs for me as a bonus. He came back to get out some stubborn stains as I hadn't had my carpets cleaned professionally in about 12 years so they were pretty bad. He really worked hard to get out all the stains. It was so nice to have hired someone with so much integrity. I will be using him whenever we need our carpets done in the future and will recommend him to everyone I know.

+ 0 moreOscar did a great job! He came the day before so I could show him exactly what I needed. He was VERY thorough and left my carpets so clean. He also cleaned two chairs for me. I was impressed and will definitely use him again.

I found Oscar at Master Carpet Cleaning through an online search that took me to HomeAdvisor, where many prior customers had reviewed Oscar's work. Based on those very positive reviews, I contacted him to get a general idea of his pricing and whether he serviced my area. Oscar was friendly and helpful from our first interaction on the phone; and when I called back to schedule the cleaning, he was able to accommodate me in the time frame I requested. On the day of the cleaning, he arrived promptly and worked straight through until he finished my job several hours later. I had stairs and a landing that I thought were beyond getting completely clean, but Oscar's cleaning got them back to looking great again. His cleaning of my area rugs left them damp rather than wet, as had occurred with my last cleaning through another service. In addition, his upholstery cleaning--a sofa and loveseat, plus their pillows--came out beautifully. I look forward to working with Oscar again in the future, and consider him my go-to guy for these services!
