Was nice to be able to get a hassle-free (and no cost) estimate for an all encompassing security system. After reviewing, we went ahead and purchased their quote. Josh came out later in the week to get everything going for us. The equipment he setup is now monitored by ADT security centers, so we feel very safe.

John Martinez, employee of Alarm Protection Group, is extremely professional and wonderful. I spoke to him over the phone, and explained my needs wanting to protect every square inch of our property. He came to the house the same day and gave his inputs. We finalized the numbers, and the installation was completed within that week. It was nice to felt heard and understood when we contacted Alarm Protect Group. Our prior experiences with other security companies was horrible. You could either never get ahold of someone or they offered overly expensive options. Received a security system that was in our budget and wish we could have found Alarm Protect Group sooner.

I felt that I needed an alarm security system since my neighbor's house was burglarized. I felt it's not safe anywhere these days whether you live in a good or bad area. I agreed on a Sunday and by Friday's evening he sent Bryan out to get the alarm system installed. It took couple hours to get it done but it was worth the wait. I'm not good with remembering things and illiterate when it comes to handling high tech device but Bryan was so patience with me and taught me over and over again to remember how to use it.
